The only reason I would reconsider staying there in the future is the restaurant. It would be nice not to have to go out to eat.

Staff was friendly. We had to clean our room. We showed the manager the dirty rags from where we cleaned. It wasnt terrible just not to our standards. The hotel was also having a Cannabis Event the same weekend we stayed but didnt bother telling us until we checked in. None to happy about that. Just was not happy overall. Mostly the overal cleanliness of the establishment. The hallways, elevators were horrible. Dog poop in the hallway. Too many things to mention.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. It was nice to be able to buy a few night time snacks from the front desk.

This hotel looks like it is going downhill. I liked the location but for Sunday night no food. Coffee bad in the morning so left early for Cozy Cafe suggested by front desk. Ate on Sunday at Dog Days suggested by front desk.

It was a nice play to stay. The hot tub area was very poor. It could use an update and some repairs to keep it up.

The beds were horrible to sleep on and hard. The air conditioning was not cooling the room and it was hot. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stand it in there. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was terrible. The food was all cold and the sausage was frozen. It wasn’t fit to eat. I will not stay here again

We had an issue with getting the wrong kind of room (queen vs. king), but the staff remedied the situation pretty quickly and were pleasant about it. It was just a bit frustrating to waste that time. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. A few details were slightly bothersome: a pile of pillow cases had been left on the counter, a lamp and the clock were unplugged for some reason, there were no washcloths, and there were a couple of dirty towels outside of the door that were never picked up. We weren't in the room very much and didn't use any of the amenities, like the pool or restaurant, so our exposure to things was limited. Overall, it was fine for our needs.

Old and run down. Staff were great!

The location was great and it had all needed things however it is quite rundown and needs a full renovation. Staff was very nice and had boat rental at property which was convenient.

It was clean and the staff were excellent. The buildings themselves need some updating and remodeling. The fitness room was next to the sauna and hot tub which made it very humid in the fitness room. The restroom in the hot tub room Was very difficult to flush and the door did not want to close or open. Overall a good experience with great staff.

The staff was super nice and welcoming! The hotel was ok. It’s dated, and could use some updates. The kids and I went swimming, the pool could use a good cleaning. It is outside so I’m sure that plays a part in it. Views were great, and the price was good.

We stayed at Inn at Grand Glaize the year it opened. We have been back the last two or three years. It is dated but we have seen some remodeling/renovating in some areas. It is located in a great location. We liked our non lake front room.

The rooms were not what we thought we were booking. After checking into our first room & realizing it wasn’t like the photos i went back & asked the front desk if they maybe had some rooms that were updated. she told me no the photos were AI. she did move us to a new room that at least had a balcony & lake view compared to our parking lot view of the first room. the staff were all very nice. we did not utilize any of the amenities. the hot tub was very dirty & they had to shock it, we walked down to the pool & there was dog poop the whole way down. a few people we talked to in the elevators all said the same “this isn’t what we thought it was”. I personally would not stay here again especially for what i paid for it
