Hotel Consort Shin-Osaka

Location was great! Near Subway and trains as well as lots to do nearby. 5th floor was quiet even at night. We loved everything about our stay just wished we planned to stay longer.

Its a good property. Last time we had some issues with vegetarian breakfast, which was sorted out this time. I am happy with their great location, tidy rooms and great service.

Hotel is fantastic given it's close location to a train station and lots of mini marts around. The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The cafe right at the property is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent! No complaints, everything went well for my 2 night stay.

Location, location, location... I chose this room only for the location, two train stations within a block from the hotel, if traveling to kyoto the station is next door, and the metro station a block away connects you to all the highlights of Osaka. Breakfast was decent, hotel was comfortable. Even thou the hotel is nice, the hallway ceilings are low, makes the place feel very small, but once you get into the room, the ceiling is much higher, just felt strange.

Room was compact but neat and clean. The location was fantastic. Walkable ~ 800 mtrs from Station. We stayed there and complained regarding a vegetarian breakfast. They could have arranged at least fruits and bread-n-Butter for us.

The location is simply perfect! In our stay in Osaka, we wanted to be close to a train station that allowed us to go early to places such as Himeji, Hiroshima and Nara, without needing to wake up super early. This Hotel was close to the station so it helped us. Besides there are supermarkets nearby was well. The staff is nice. The room and bathroom was a bit smaller than I thought... For two people my room felt a bit small. But still the bed was good.

The place is centrally located by the train station so that you can get anywhere you need to go also there's a coffee shop within the hotel. Wish there was more offering for their breakfast buffet

The room was very comfortable and clean, even spacious for two people. Location was amazing, very close to a train and metro station, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff was very nice to provide assistance when possible. Noise, there's a railroad crossing right behind the hotel so the alarm would sound every few minutes. If you're out of the hotel for the most part, that wouldn't be an issue, but my friend was sick and bedridden, so they had to get used to the sound.

Reception cant talk with english. I have some problem about exhaust fan in bathroom. Its look likes not working. We try to tell reception to solve the problem. They tell us exhaust fan is too low fan in some room. I want hotel try to solve or fix exhaust fan. Everything is good but exhaust fan is too bad. Moisture in bathroom is too much that i think my lung is not good when i stay in bathroom or the room cause exhaust fan is low or not working.

No garbage can inside toilet. No face wash

Location only So they clean your room once in three days, also elevators do not require the key of your room in order to go up ,so any stranger can get into the hotel so they have issues with the safety . I was living in the corner room, and my Wi-Fi was so bad that I couldn’t even send some messages. Also, I could hear some conversations in the neighbor room.
