right at shin-osaka station. Great for catching an early morning shinkansen it was fine, but a little bit dated

Located very near shin-osaka station and therfore very convenience to take the shinkansen the next morning. Would not stay here longer than 1 night. Very small room. The bathroom is also just too small. You're going either hit your body to the walls or touch the shower curtains. The bed is also just too small for 2 persons.

I booked this hotel in advance, and the hotel already charged to my credit card the fee. However, as soon as I entered to the lobby, they asked me to process check in using a touch panel, even though there were 3 workers at the reception who were just standing. I obeyed what they asked me to do, but it was not simple, so I finally gave up to continue and told them that “Why do I have to do this. You had all my information. You are just standing there and doing nothing. You should do the process. Your customer service is NOT great.” One of the persons replied to me that it’s company’s policy.

The staff were helpful. They didn't mind changing my rooms for my request. The hotel is close to the train tracks and you can hear the noise every 5min even the windows are closed.

The hotel is close to JR shin Osaka station with east exit. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel has all facilities needed. Room size is ok for my family. None

The room was dirty. Smudges and dirt on the furniture and bedding. There was no place to park our bicycle, which is OK. But at least every other accomodation on our trip to Japan was able to help us find a safe and close-by parking spot for our bicycles, but the staff in this hotel just said “we don’t have bicycle parking, go park it at the station”.

Great location, almost at the end of the station complex. Blackout blinds, comfortable bed, great value.
