I loved the location, clean room, and overall staff accommodation. Would definitely book again.

The comforter on the bed can be done differently.

walk under the hot weather. I like a big bath and the staff. The bed is so comfortable and I appreciate the free soap in the laundry room! I felt that the breakfast was a bit expensive.

Nice location, close to the station, that you can get anywhere from and plenty of restaurants and huge shopping malls nearby. All the amenities provided. The toilet was located in a strange way and it was a bit inconvinient to use. Though maybe we were just unlucky and in other rooms it was different.

Cozy carpeted room with a wide bed and big bathroom plus a handy desk and comfy chair with local TV; good buffet breakfast and great public bath facility. A constant draft of air coming from a vent over the bed due to the central ventilation system (off set by running own a/c).

Tennoji is a good base as for transport in Osaka subway is needed anyway and this convenient to go to the airport as well as an area with things to do. The hotel serves it's purpose and is very good value for money.

I like their 24-hour front desk because we booked this place last minute around 1 AM and checked in at 2 AM. This place was our savior for that night. The room is decent The rooms are not soundproof. Also, I slept on a bunk bed, and the comforter was kinda itchy.
