Vrlo je cisto i uredno, lak check in i check out, soba sasvim dobra s obzirom na hotele u Japanu, krevet dovoljno veliki za dvoje ?? Nemam zamerki stvarno, nismo isli na dorucak ali primetio sam da imaju par stvari samo za jelo

We live in Tokyo and drove to Osaka for the Pokemon GO Fest 2025 and also to visit our family members who live in Osaka afterwards. We wanted something not expensive, close enough to central areas of Osaka but with easy driving access to the Expo site where the GO Fest 2025 was being held. We were very pleased and satisfied with our stay at this Toyoko Inn. The check in and check out processes were very quick, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious enough for the 2 of us and clean, and they provided a very delicious breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel! We liked everything but if we could make just a small suggestion, maybe replace the mattresses for other mattresses that are not very hard!

Perfect hotel! The area is very quiet but only a 10 min walk to the metro. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The breakfast is good! The views from the window is superb and the room very well designed. I will definitely return.

Great value for money. I always look for toyoko inn hotels when I travel since the rooms are clean and amenities are provided. Staff couldn't speak English at all. It would really help if they can speak some English especially with the influx of tourists in japan.

It is a hotel suitable for business trip. Easy check in and check out. Bed as well as pillow are comfortable. It is located 10-min walk from nearby JR station. The closest convenient store is only 4-min walk away from the hotel. Hotel provides free WiFi service with unique password. The WiFi speed is fast. I enjoyed walking around the nearby park in the morning. Breakfast may need to improve a little bit. There were not many options to choose from. However, I liked the soup they provide.

The stay was comfortable but with lots of rules While our overall experience had its positives, there were a few aspects that made our stay inconvenient. Cleaning was scheduled only every three days, which posed a challenge for us, especially since we had issues with the bathroom. Waiting until the third day for cleaning was inconvenient. The hotel promotes itself as a "no-nonsense hotel," but some of the rules felt overly rigid. For example, breakfast was removed promptly at the stated time, without any flexibility. Even a one-minute delay was not accommodated, which seemed a bit harsh, especially considering that as paying guests, a little flexibility would go a long way in making us feel valued. I hope the hotel considers adjusting these policies to enhance the overall guest experience.

The check-in was too late (4 pm) and check-out was too early (10 am). They were kind enough to keep our luggage. Unfortınately, the staff didn't speak English at all, but technology helped us.
