Clean, nice staff, excellent location. You gave a full kitchen at your disposal plus a lot of tables on the ground floor. A lot of restaurants around. Big train station close by.

The room is clean and a good space. The lower area by the elevator needs a little attention.

The bed is really comfortable and the staff is friendly. The private room was the most spacious of our entire trip in Japan, and the price was the lowest. There are free umbrellas for guests. The shared kitchen and fridge seems to be organized. They received our luggage from another accommodation, but for the delivery of the luggage, they asked me to go to a Family Mart a few meters from the hotel. The laundry room is small, so you will need patience to compete with all the guests (there are many rooms). The smoking room is near the elevator, so you'll have to smell it everytime you arrive or leave your room.

Large room, great showers and decent communal space. One of us arrived early and was told that he could ‘perhaps’ check in…but then kept hanging. A simple ‘no’ would have been better!

very good value the mats are a bit thin.. definitely not great for side sleepers and my back were sore after 2nd night.

i really like COGO TENNOJI osaka :))) room was spacious for 2 people with 3 luguagge. facilities was also v good. cleaness is top tier. especially when the price is not really high, super worth! nothing

Extremely generous with space. Big common areas, Japanese and Western style each. Kitchen fully equipped even with rice cooker and three sinks! Room clean and spacious, with two toilets, one shower and at least two basins! Close to JR station- the 7 minutes on foot actually include quite a few minutes waiting for traffic signals. Absolutely value for money. Nothing

The pantry should have more frequent clean up. Guests would cook their meals and the remains (eg. eggshells) would start to stink up the whole pantry like rotten eggs. Frequent cleaning would be great.
