The location was perfect for our road trip. We parked our car at the garage and took trains to explore Osaka area. Train station, convenience stores, restaurants, and grocery stores were all within a walking distance. The room was large and the bathroom was also very roomy with a jacuzzi tub. The front lady was very friendly. Foul odors from drainage and the dated “love hotel” decor ?

The room was big and spacious. I booked 2 nights stay, despite my research, the hotel was further than I thought, so we had issues lugging out bags. The place was big, but there was a smell. Not exactly pungent, but it was like the place was old. Not being superstitious, but we didn't feel comfortable in the room. So we hurry to sleep, yet I was awoken up a few times but some weird sounds. We actually left in the middle of the night, book another hotel opposite. And came back in the morning to pack our bags and left. I wasted 1 night of stay. I was hoping to get a refund.

Where do I begin? The decoration, the oversized bathroom, the aesthetic, the amenities, the "amenities", the delightful staff, everything was stellar! If you're spending a day or two in Osaka (preferably with a special someone, my buddy and I were a little sad we couldn't take advantage of the awesome things available), I cannot recommend this place enough! Also the front desk lady was so sweet, even though we didn't speak japanese, she made everything so convenient and easy that I would rate it above any major chain hotel in North America because I could feel she genuinely cared about providing a good stay and isn't just paid to. After all that, now I just want an excuse to go to Osaka just to stay there again! The only thing we could possibly take issue with was that weird pool floaty in the bathroom; what was it for?? We were bewildered by this large (already inflated) air mattress looking pool toy that filled up most of the far wall, barely fit on the floor of the bathroom and I'm a very weird guy (I booked this place with full understanding and zero intentions!), but even I can't see a possible use for it that a pillow or even towel wouldn't be better! It was so baffling to us any time we looked at it, but didn't take away from the experience in the slightest!

The timer for the jets on the spa was LITERALLY 2-2.5 minutes. Having to reset it so often ruined any type of relaxation.

Pretty good

The price is decent compared to those near to osaka city central. The room is big and clean, big bathroom and big bed. The staff was really helpful during my check in although in typical love hotels they tend to disappear themselves to give total privacy to couples It is really far from osaka central, on the T metro line, the station is the second last stop. Although there are food nearby, there are not that close, its about 4 minutes walk away before you get a macdonald. There is a domino pizza 1 minutes walk away though.

This Hotel gave us a nice time as it was quite comfortable and has all we need. We stayed 7 nights and it provided us a home like comfortability. The free parking that fit our big car is a plus and the 24 hours food service as well. A bit of kabi killer might be needed in the bathroom tub and shower but all in all everything was great!would definitely book again!!!

I was alone so I didn't exactly book for the usual purpose it's advertised for. It was very cheap and spacious and had good reviews so it was ok Everything was perfect. Super yummy and cheap room service
