Little far from shopping

Wonderful. Like the location because is surrounded by eateries. Nice Restuarant with delicious local cuisine is just round the corner. There is a big shopping mall which is about half an hour walk. Love the hotel. Room is very clean, modern and good quality finished. We love the breakfast, was dim sum style and it was delicious. Another hotel with lovely staff. Checked into the hotel by Annie. She is lovey and helpful. Recommended us to have Taishan specialty and we love it. Thank you Annie for your lovely service. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Seems very new and everything is in good condition. Rooms was large, quiet and well equipped, bed was comfortable, staff on the front desk and in the breakfast room are very helpful. It does help if you can speak some Mandarin/Cantonese. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants immediately around the hotel but with ride-hailing services so prevalent, you have easy access to anywhere in Taishan. I think the target consumer is local, which informs the languages staff are comfortable speaking, what you can watch on TV, what food is offered at breakfast, etc. Not a complaint, but people shouldn't expect an "international hotel" experience.

Not enough western food. More western food for selection

Breakfast was good. The ramp to the elevator was very difficult to manever my suitcases to the elevator. The hotel staff should have come over and help. If it was not for my friend, I would not have been able to get my lugggage to the elevator.
