Was nice - clean and staff very very very kind abd helpfull

The hosts were exceptional for a hostel helping you from start to finish without expecting anything. The space was comfortable and beautiful, just minutes from the whale shark watching- you can hear them call the numbers from the hostel!

The staffs were exceptional, very pleasing, like a family members, love those staffs. The location is perfect for the Whale-shark watching. They have parking space. Don't have in mind.

Very comfortable and also the staff very boutan Dali ra kaayo madoulan. Even nga wala mi naka experience sa whale shark Kay sadly wala jd siya Napakita but okay ra Kay Dili jd mo ma alkansi sa inyong laag swear daghan jd kaayo ug tourist spot in oslob go go na pang laag namo ? over all our experience in Sharky hostel is veryyy recommend thanks you sharky hostel oslob. SEE YOU AROUND! Good spot in watching whale shark and also in tourist spot and lastly doul ra kaayo sa high way and sa mga snack and meal ?

The entrance is a bit hidden between two shops so it can be hard to find. A clearer sign indicating the entrance to the hostel would be great, especially for travelers arriving at night.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we were first in line for seeing the whale sharks. Be prepared there’s no A/C or hot shower.

Great Location Bathroom was not functional and messy

The staff take care of the process of seeing shark first thing in the morning before everyone else. N/A

These guys are simply magicians. Everyone comes there mainly for the sharks, and thanks to them we managed to get on the first boat. As a result, we were the very first ones to reach the sharks. I don’t know how they do it, but they do it really well. Everything else was very pleasant too: the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Jomar for his excellent communication skills with clients. ?

All is great, just the AC wasn’t working during the one night i was there. But unbeatable location if you’re gonna do the shark watching. The brothers running the hostel are cool and funny (one is cool one is funny lol)

I especially want to thank the young boy who helped us with everything. He was so genuine and caring, and he even walked us to the bus. His kindness really touched my heart. Thank you for making this experience so special. I will never forget it.

Just the mosquitoes, and no curtains per bunk bed

Location and kindness, Enthusiasm, friendship of the host and his young Brother., if you wanna to be the first one to reach the Whale shark tour in the first boat, this hotel is the best choice only basis service

The staff

Staff. Accommodating and friendly. Good common area for digital nomads and solo travelers. Excellent location to the beach and for whale watching 1) No mirror inside the bathroom nor even handsoap provided 2) No curtains in droms 3) What greatly annoyed me was that for whale watching, we were woken up at 4 AM and taken to the beach where we sat for 45 minutes only to be told to go back to the hostel and wait for another 45 minutes... I could have gotten 1.5 hour more sleep... That greatly annoyed me

They also helped and walked me when I left to get a lift to moalboal...... It's obviously basic for the price and you had bloody roosters in full voice next door but as you were up at 4 in the morning it didn't really affect you that much, but if you stayed more than one night it may....I had a single cabin which was fine.... Just a bed on the floor with no table or anywhere to put clothes... And couldn't lock the door...... But that said felt very safe as tucked away down an alley....

Great spot for a night stay to see the sharks

Rooms and facilities are basic, but you're here for the whale sharks.
