Easy to walk into the center of Osterode and to drive to other destinations. The Chinese restaurant nearby was quite good. Run by Thai or Vietnamese people. The building is a bit noisy when doors are closed. The water in the shower did not become really hot, maybe other guests used hot water before.

The staff in the hotel is quite nice and we could check in in the morning. The breakfast is quite nice as well. My room is close to the main road so that it was a but noisy. (I am a light sleeper.)

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location for the Harz. The staff are always on hand and very helpful. The breakfast is an excellent buffet style. The rooms we requested met our requirements and we were delighted to be returning guests at the Harzer Hof.

Warm welcome from the hosts including a great briefing on the town for services. My booking included board and breakfast. Breakfast was fresh and included cereals, yoghurts, cold cuts, breads and eggs. The Hotel Harz was close to metro station and to town amenities. Overall a positive experience.

This was my third time staying in this hotel . It is excellently situated for the town centre , the shops and the railway station . The owners are very helpful and friendly . I hope to return again . There's nothing I didn't like.

A smashing hotel and a hearty welcome. Thank you for your helpful and generous hospitality. The current photos don't really do the accommodation justice, the hotel and the welcome are far brighter!
