excellent breakfast service, wonderful room If you are mobility challenged, ask for a 1st floor room as the hotel has no elevator. No window screens

We had a very nice stay and felt most welcome. The beds were very comfortable (including pillows), it was very clean and breakfast was nice. The view over the Rhine was amazing.

The room had a slanted wall over as I was on the second floor, which was very close to the bed. The room was fairly warm and the bed made creaking sound whenever I turned.

The host is exteremely helpful. Check-in is smooth at anytime as the key's in the box. Breakfast is various. We were super tired after a friend's wedding and the host allowed us to stay for a bit more before catching our train The wifi could be unstable sometimes

clean bedsheets The 'slope' in the room was a bit dangerous. My husband hit his head accidentally + no fan (stuffy and hot in the afternoon) + no complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water + staff did not close the windows after cleaning the room>> one green insect and 1 big spider in the room . Toilet papers: can be of better material (less rough?)

Perfect location & very king staff

The room with the balcony on the 2nd floor was superb. We sat with our glass of wine and watched the Rhine River traffic. The staff was outstanding. We requested an earlier breakfast and they accommodated with a smile. Would definately stay there again

Relaxing river view and very good breakfast spread. Wilfried had been very helpful in providing information about accessing the hotel, restaurant and sightseeing options and was especially kind in helping me sort out some rental car matter. I had a great stay!

Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and wonderful view from the dinner. Overall a very good bang for the buck. For this price I have nothing to complain about.
