Clean, spacious rooms, wonderful staff, parking and location very convenient and walking distance! Breakfast very nice! Didnt know AC becomes inactive if you open and close balcony door or window…

Distance from the train station, however, it was the time of day we got in to Ostuni

I wasn’t feeling well and they let us check in early. Then I got a massage in the spa. Sara was fabulous! The rooftop bar has wonderful view of Ostuni and restaurant was great too.

The hotel was lovely and the food at the restaurant was also very good. We felt like king and queen as it was a slow time and we were one of the few people staying there. have to drive to get to downtown, but otherwise good location.

Not much. Booked this hotel because it looked nice online. My experience was not that. The vibes of the hotel are off, the bed is solid as a rock, there were ants and mosquitoes in my room. And whatever you do - don’t treat yourself to a room with a view. You will have constant street noise all night long. The hotel is on a busy road. Do yourself a favor and book a nice airbnb in town and not this place on the outskirts.

We chose the hotel as we had hired a car so needed somewhere with parking; the car park was across the street & secure. It was only a 10 minute walk into the old town too. Breakfast was good with lots of options; fruit, cheeses, croissants, cakes etc

Friendly staff, the room was very big, the location is in a good spot only a 10 min walk into the main town area, bus stop right outside the hotel and the beach is only a 15 min journey. Breakfast had a limited number of choices but the food was very good.

The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to all the main attractions, great restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation. We felt like we were right in the heart of everything without any of the noise or chaos. One of the biggest reliefs was the parking situation. No circling the block or worrying about our car - such a stress-free experience. The real standout, though, was the exceptional service, particularly from Teresa at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warm, professional demeanor and genuine care for guests really set this hotel apart. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The room was clean and comfortable, amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great location, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Parking is easy, free, and outside the ZTL zone of Ostuni. The hotel room itself has all the modern amenities and had room service everyday. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff downstairs were very accommodating for food allergies. The bar terrace has nice views but is expensive. Keep in mind the property is outside of Ostuni, not downtown: you need to walk about 15 minutes to get into the city center. Some traffic noise. No view from the room, window just looked at a concrete building.
