Location dinner and location parking You couldn’t put any ac on or fan without asking front desk so the very small room was uncomfortable for 2 people. Bathroom shower towels were very small ruff and not good towels. Bathroom shower very tight no room to move

Ostuni Palace Hotel is a wonderful stay — the service, location, and facilities are truly great. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. Breakfast is delicious and absolutely worth enjoying each morning. Parking is essential, and having it available makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience with no negative comments — highly recommended. No negative comments

Good Breakfast. Had a delicious omelete cooked to order. Plenty of fresh fruit. Spa was small but meet my needs. A short walk to the center was easy. Nice bar area for a late nite after dinner drink. Nothing :)

Is very well located. Walking distance to the city. Parking was perfect for rental car. Let me park right out front otherwise they would have parked it in the garage for me. Nothing.

Our flight back to the US was early, so we left the hotel at 4:00am. At check out, staff had prepared two breakfast bags for us to take. We did not expect this and it bightened the dark drive to the airport so early in the morning! The room decor and coffee set up was terrific, and maybe best of all, there is on-site parking -- a rarity in the old part of Ostuni. The shower door looks like it might be water tight, but it is not. So if you're not careful while showering, a lot of water could get on the bathroom floor.

Nice location near the centre of Ostuni, lovely staff and very clean. A gym would have been nice. Roof terrace was closed.
