Beautiful and arty, great outdoor space n pool Shower soaks the entire room in seconds, I’m sure they are well aware of this and unable to correct it. I suggest they check the rooms more frequently and provide many extra towels and perhaps some hand bars as crossing the room is precarious. It also had an entry w no door, so no privacy . The mirror over sink hangs so high you must use a hand-held, which was Provided They supplied water in the evening but took the bottles away during the daytime, so there was no drinking water in the room. Considering the price of the room I resented price tags on the bathroom amenities clearly inferring, the guest might swipe them otherwise. The bed pillows, due for replacement As is the mattress, an establishment of aspiring to this caliber changes the mattress once a year, which is why sleeping at a great hotel is so luxurious. I have had the good fortune to stay in many it is the details that elevate an experience.

And live the massage in the Spa! The breakfast was very poor…

The staff were fantastic. Before and during our stay they responded very quickly to all requests - restaurant bookings, transfers and any information we needed. Very professional. And all the staff were extremely friendly and happy. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Ostuni.

I loved everything , I stayed in the large suite with the tub and it was glorious . The food was amazing and service was 5 stars! The bath towels were rough :(

Amazing property. Unique and different. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful building. Lovely garden, a really relaxing oasis in this gorgeous town. Wonderful service and staff - faultless. Great breakfast. Wonderful shower. Terrific bar and bar staff. The pool was freezing, despite it being hot outside, and sadly too cold to swim in. Could it be heated? Our suite was rather dark - too much dark grey on the walls and no view. Quirky aesthetic - I'd have preferred this historic building to have been returned to its former traditional glory, but maybe that's just me. We didn't appreciate the owner (?) (woman with short hair), who we hadn't seen before, sending a member of staff to ask if we were guests there, even though it was our third day there! That didn't make us feel welcome.

Beautiful place, good service and location. Nice breakfast.

This is one of the nicest hotels ive ever stayed located in centre of town

The location was amazing - right in the historic center but not in a noisy or busy section. The staff were exceptional and attentive . The hotel and the grounds were absolutely beautiful- tasteful details throughout the property. The all inclusive breafast was delicious and the spread was delicious for an all inclusive breakfast. We had dinner at their resturant and it was an amazing meal. Absolutely LOVED this hotel- a little pricey but absolutely worth it. The rooms are small- so no option for a group of 3 or traveling with children- you would have to get an additional room . Also the shower is in the bathroom- not seperate or contained so unless you wear the flip flops provided it can be slippery.

Unique decor. Room was spacious and we enjoyed the patio with out door shower. Bed was comfortable. I loved the over sized bathtub. Very clean with daytime and evening turn down service. Property was peaceful as there are only 7 bedrooms. AC barely cooled the room. The shower in the bathroom leaked behind the bath so it flooded the floor pretty badly. Bad design. Breakfast was subpar.

Such a disappointment. Horrible Experience. Stay away I booked a stay at Paragon 700 expecting a luxury, comfortable size , accessible suite in the main building, but what I got was a complete nightmare. This hotel is a prime example of false advertising, and I urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. I reserved and paid for a Deluxe Suite in the main building, specifically chosen because website stated that “entire unit located on ground floor” and is “wheelchair accessible.” Upon arrival, I was shocked to be placed in a completely different and lesser category suite in an annex building that required navigating multiple flights of stairs, including a treacherous spiral open staircase. As I physically could not access the room, I was downgraded to the tiniest, most claustrophobic hole in the wall excuse for a room I have ever seen. The so-called Suite which I was given was a far cry from the Deluxe Suite which was advertised, and which I booked and paid top dollar for. It was not on the ground floor, it was not handicap accessible, there are no elevators, no TV in rooms, faulty WiFi which was unusable, and the complimentary breakfast was an utter joke! The pictures and descriptions online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual rooms and hotel altogether, and nowhere do they state there is an annex building! To make matters worse, the owner and management were downright horrible. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to rectify the situation. It was clear they didn't care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guests. This was easily the worst hotel experience of my life. I feel completely raped and would not recommend this place to anyone. It ruined my stay in Ostuni and it will ruin yours - STAY AWAY!

The waiters and barman and other staff, other than management were very good and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The room we booked was not available when we arrived. They tried to put us into a much smaller room (15m2 vs 30m2 (which we had booked)) without explanation. The description of the room we booked said that the room had a walk in shower with a view of the garden and pool and the room we were put into was in the parking lot with the bathroom inside a cupboard and we were paying 700 euros per night. We objected and the response was some unjustified nonsense about the room being the same category that we booked. The room description and size was very far from the one we booked so it makes no sense that it could be the same category. We were moved into a higher category room for the 1st night of our 3 night stay but they tried to move us again on the 2nd night into a different room, again not the one we booked but a smaller one. We insisted on being moved to the room we booked but were told it was not available and we were then charged an extra 80 euros per night to stay in the higher category room. The manager on duty was very rude and got upset when we reported the matter to Booking.com. Sadly, as beautiful as the hotel is and as beautiful as Puglia is, it seems that they are very willing to deceive tourists with room pictures and descriptions when bookings are made and then provide something very different when you arrive. Travellers must be very careful about this when booking this hotel.

Beautiful attention to detail. The owners are clearly very design oriented. Restaurant 700 for dinner is highly recommended - the food is excellent and the chef balances traditional fare with creative innovation very well. - wifi was awful, kept dropping off every 5-10min, even after I told the staff, nothing changed. Eventually we had to use our data roaming every day. V strange since we it's 2023 and we are in a city. - Breakfast is fine: they are generous with drinks. But annoying that omelettes & poached eggs will require additional charge, whilst fried or scrambled are included. Too complicated and ridiculous to try and cost save over the style of eggs... - Word of warning: There is a garden party on Fridays, where guests are allowed to buy a drink + enjoy the garden. None of the owners came up to say hi even though they were right there standing in the garden, but we understand that they may have been tired.... More importantly, we were not warned that the DJ would be playing very loud club music that could be heard all throughout the hotel till 930pm. We didn't mind it, but thought that we should've been informed esp since we were booked for 8pm dinner at restaurant700 - adjacent to the party venue. We made that booking face to face with staff member, so not sure why he didn't mention that to us. Thankfully we were happy to postpone dinner till 930pm, when the music stopped.
