Location.personable staff. Grounds. We are inquiring about the cash refund -NOT voucher -that we have requested from the owner because we are staying one less day. We are leaving Sunday morning not checking out Monday morning and we are requesting a much reduced rate on the room for the problems inadequacies we’ve encountered from room 102 with 1) two safes inoperable 2) the bulk elimination button on the toilet only works intermittently toilet working only intermittently; 3) refrigerator door unsightly not closing; 4) no light working over the desk. two days after presenting problems we were offered another room.

However my room was small the refrigerator didn't work and the room smelled due to an open valve in bathroom. Showe r was too small. Beware of this property they had better rooms available but I suspect that this is the room they offer to Booking.com customers.

It has been such a great experience in città bianca resort. The staff was very kind to us, showing alternative rooms and giving extra options for our stay. We felt very welcome with the amazing resort atmosphere. The morning breakfast was complete (also gluten free), and the neighborhood was really cute and loving (a group of beautiful kittens) The room could have an appropriate radiator system, for the autumn and winter periods. The air conditioner would not be enough sometimes.

Spend extra $8 for the much better room in the main building Rooms down from the restaurants are for kids with parents in detached room.

Rooms assigned to Booking.com are clearly less desirable than those assigned to other travel agencies. Inattentive staff, clear absence of management at reception, grounds and restaurant.

We liked the garden, the sauna, the comfy beds, the buffet breakfast. And Samanta, at the reception, who was pleasant and tried to help. We booked a bright room with a window (on picture) and a garden view (in the text). We got a windowless room (totally dark and stuffy) with a little patio overlooking for half the garden, the other half being the back wall of another bungalow. We asked another room, with a window, and were given one (with no garden view) but only for one night because a group was coming the next day. The supervisor chose to prioritize a group booking over ours (made 3 months in advance and pre-paid) and we had to move out, back to the windowless room. And we should have been happy because they had done us a favour (!!!). The resort has seen better days. Wifi is very slow.

We stayed here so we had easy access to Brindisi for an early flight. So we really booked on price. However the property is nice. Everyone was so helpful and the breakfast was really good ( self service) . They have a clean modern pool and location would be good for travelling around at a very reasonable price. Nothing

We loved the people, the room and the breakfast! Nothing, but you have to drive 10 minutes to another restaurant than the hotel.

Good location to use as a base to explore ostuni and surrounding areas. Breakfast good Our chalet was very basic and appeared to be the only one not modernised. Very claustrophobic with no windows. Pool in need of a good clean and repair also very cold.

Close to Ostuni centre, about 10min drive. Good breakfast. Wifi connection was terrible.. and it wasn't ideal since we didn't have data on our phones! The website of the hotel states that there are 2 restaurants and a bar in the hotel... however when we arrived (on a Wednesday) we were told that restaurants are closed and the bar (just a very small bar at the reception without seating) was actually closed too! The bed was not comfortable - we booked a double bed and was given 2 twin beds put together.
