The room

I’ve stayed at two different La Bella Ostuni properties. Silvia is a great host and her properties are clean and beautifully designed. Her staff is also amazing. (Anna is the best!) I will never stay anywhere else in Ostuni.

Perfect location, great staff, clean room. Breakfast was good. For this particular room I would have liked a full length mirror and a few shelves, but we loved it anyway!

We were not met at the location and address advertised, and we had to navigate blind in the pouring rain. Sylvia moved us to another building up treacherous stairs to a room with not kettle, no coffee maker, and no adequate privacy in the bathroom--just a sheer curtain. It was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this place!

Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Great cappuccinos, fruits and pastries! The dedication of Silvia to have everything on time and the place spotless.

All in all, La Bella Ostuni Suites are great to stay at. No, not really .....

The beds were too soft, but that is a personal preference. Everything else was great

The location was very good, close enough to the old town, but far away enough that you didn't hear noise at night. If you have mobility issues, this place is probably not for you. The stairs in the building are pretty treacherous, they were large/uneven and it made carrying luggage up them very hard. Also, no one came in to clean our room the entire time we were there.

Location was great however you can not reach the front door by car. So if you have heavy luggage, you need to drag it up the small street. The owner was lovely and help take the luggage up the small narrow staircase to our room. Breakfast was simple but endless cups of coffee and cheerful staff.

For a city location, it was nice but very small and not comparable with Tenutas and Masserias. The place was relatively close to the old town and one big plus was the parking in front of the place on the street. The breakfast was small with limited choices but an amazing cappuccino. The rooms are very tiny and dark if you are on ground level. Also it is not sound proof, we heard the people above us coming home, taking and walking.

Everything is new building is old and walls are still humid and smell was in room. No windows, just indirect light.

Great care from the two ladies in charge. Sylvia even came to meet us when we were lost! Breakfasts good, inc gluten-free options and decaff coffee. Spa bathroom immaculate. Beds comfy. Wi-Fi good in Reception. Steps up to a roof terrace. Wi-Fi only available in Reception.

We absolutely loved this property - especially the bathroom. We can’t thank the staff enough, they’re absolutely amazing - my fiance proposed to me in Ostuni & the staff helped with organising the roof terrace to be decorated with balloons/flowers & wine for when we got back that day, it was absolutely amazing and something I’ll never forget. The suites/roof terrace/dining room were all absolutely impeccable. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this place & would come back here in a heart beat. Nothing!!

Very clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable with memory foam pillows which was a really nice surprise. The property has a beautiful terrazza with an amazing view of Ostuni. It is conveniently located near the historic center but is outside the ztl, so street parking while limited, is possible. If no parking on the street, it is a short walk to Foro Boaio parking lot where you can leave your car in an attended lot over night for 20 euros per day. We found this to be very convenient and even had a tour guide (Roselia) from Ostuni Tours drive us and our luggage up the steep hill to our bed and breakfast in an ape for 15 euros. That was super fun and made our first day extra special. The price for the transport is steep but we thought worth the price considering my wife was fighting off a cold and the hills were pretty steep. All in all, we were glad to stay here. The breakfast served in the dining area is fresh fruit, assorted meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh Puglian pastries, coffee and juice. Silvia, Eugenio, Ana, and Manila were so warm and welcoming. We would definitely come back again next time we visit the beautiful white city of Ostuni. Our room was a little damp and stuffy and there were some mosquitos, but it was kept very clean so it wasn’t a big deal. My wife had a cold and used a lot of the tissue paper in the bathroom, and they only give one roll of TP at a time, so we ran out frequently.
