Staff were wonderful. They set up a WhatsApp thread in case anything was needed. Beautiful grounds and close to everything in the Ostuni region. Breakfast was delicious! Rooms very clean and comfortable.

This location was a beautiful reprieve from the hustle and bustle close to the main touristy areas. It was a 15-20 minute drive to old town Ostuni, and we ventured out to a number of other towns during our stay. Staying in a trulli house was a unique experience. There were only 4 homes, so there was a quiet intimacy. Breakfasts were excellent and I thought it was a great value for the price The roads getting to this location are narrow, broken up and challenging to drive, but this seemed to be true for any place off the beaten path.

It was our third time staying at this property. It so beautiful, comfortable, and the breakfast and the pool is fantastic.

Excellent breakfast and service. Accommodation was simple but with everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. Directions a little tricky to follow but it is worth it.

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms. It was very quiet and peaceful. The best breakfast was made to order, delicious and fresh. Great coffee! The attending ladies were very kind and efficient The sign entrance needs a light. We road around in the rain and dark for an hour looking for the property. The WiFi was very intermittent on the roads but good at the property. We were able to communicate with Regina and he offered to come meet us as we found the property.

The quality of the custom-made breakfast by the kitchen staff, the linen and comfortable mattresses, quality of bathroom fixtures. We booked a 3-week stay in Italy, and I was looking forward to our two nights planned here, but ended up being really disappointed. After a very long drive along a narrow and nervously uneven road, we arrived at the property around twilight. We had to locate the lockbox and our unit independently, as there is no staff on-site to assist. There is no Wi-Fi available in the individual rooms—access is limited to the dining area. Communication was minimal, which proved challenging as our group of four women was relying on unreliable international cellular service in a very remote location. Our room had a noticeable presence of insects, including over a dozen potato bugs and centipedes. We had to go out to the outdoor dining area in the dark to make contact with Luca, who said he could send his property manager out to take care of them, but that would take 45 minutes. We opted to pick them up ourselves and go to bed. The following day, Luca responded by saying he had his cleaner use a special solution to get rid of the pests, which begs the question, why didn't he do that before our arrival? Upon departure, we gave our key to the morning staff in the kitchen and left. We received an email notification several hours later about a balance due, which we took care of, but it was bothersome to do so, given that we were on the road We were unaware before arrival that this four-unit Alberello property operates digitally, but offers limited wifi. We stayed in Unit C, which accommodates four guests. The unit does not include a private deck, but does offer two chairs facing a gravel parking area and a neighbouring construction site, where work noise began at 8:00 a.m. It is also attached to the backside of another nicer unit. On our first night, their late arrival woke us up in the middle of night If there were ever someone around to ask "How was your stay?" we would have preferred to share this feedback privately.

An authentic and wonderful place furnished with love and great details. Excellent and aesthetic breakfast surrounded by nature and olives. Amazing views for a morning swim in the pool, filled with the naturalness of nature. The owner, Luca, communicated in great detail and clearly before our arrival how to get to the place and pick up the keys. He also recommended a wonderful local restaurant for dinner. Great place and experience Too short a stay :)

It is a beautiful property with small details in abundance. Landscaping was carefully thought out and the pool is stunning. The entire property is elegant and tastefully done. Nice cotton linens in the rooms. We were happily surprised with this find. A true gem. We can't wait to come back and explore more of Ostuni and the surrounding areas. a later check out time. 10:30am feels quite early--especially when jetlagged!

I almost never leave reviews on Booking, but this hotel deserves it!!! The service was warm and excellent—Luca is a great host and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is fantastic, and getting into the pool and enjoy the view was one of our favorite moments. I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast, location and facilities including the pool are absolutely amazing and we feel so fortunate to have found it. Luca and his team are incredibly kind and could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful place and very quiet surroundings. Clean rooms and truly excellent and tasty breakfast! This place is probably amazing if you stay there in spring, early summer or fall, and not during a heat wave which we did. We had to check out early and move to a place with better A/C and larger pool area, however the owners were really nice about us leaving early. We stayed during a heat wave in July and unfortunately the A/C couldn’t cool down our room enough (we stayed in the room/Lamia with two bedrooms). The pool area is pretty, but there were only four sun beds with shade and two of them were occupied throughout our stay so as a family of four we couldn’t hang out by the pool together.

Literally almost everything - the quiet farm stay, the pool, the friendly hospitality and the fact that you don't have to think about breakfast. My kids love it here! We booked a trullo with 2 rooms but unfortunately, there was just 1 aircon for these 2 rooms. It was too warm for us in peak summer. They provided a fan in the other room, but an AC would have been perfect

Perfect base location for visiting the neighboring Puglia towns … Cisternino, Ostuni, Monopoli etc. In a very peaceful surrounding, in the middle of nature, very authentic, very clean and the loveliest staff ever.
