Good location, functional rooms There are no staff at checkin. If you need assistance You have to contact by phone. In our case the QR code did not work and it took us over 30 minutes to access the room. telephone support assumed it was our error and asked us to do obvious things before accepting there was an issue with the software eventually a code to lock a box containing a physical key. Was provided The cleaning staff were friendly and resolved an issue with the safe which was locked in closed position.

Room was a cold cave and great shower. Very hard to check in and get codes.. maids were rude in the morning.

Location was very convenient. Parking was just a few minutes away. It wasn’t easy to enter the unit. Luckily the wifi worked from outside of the building since the code to to get in didn’t work

Location was amazing. Two minute walk to the main square of the old town No parking. That’s me being picky, only parking is hard to find nearby.

I couldn’t turn the ac on

Breakfast was NOT included, but 10€pp, very good, buffet style with cheeses, cold meat, good coffee, tea, different sweet options. Very friendly staff at breakfast. Comfy bed. The concept that you have to step through a wet shower to get to the toilet might be an architectural finesse...yet utterly impractical. The room is spacious enough and well lit by a window that can be opened. Tea and coffee equipment are very nice to have. Fridge useless if not working. Do not expect to have cooling for your medication if you desperately need it. Good to know: you cannot enter the given address by car. Be prepared to carry luggage there. We found free parking nearby. To be able to check in you have to expose yourselves practically naked....all the data you have to give them via internet is preposterous...for one night. None of the other places where we stayed had such a complicated and detailed info process. One photo of the passports was always enough. Had I known that, I would not have booked it. A very friendly assistant Federica eventually helped me by phone...1 minute, no more address etc. The fridge in room 2 does not work. I immediately reported that via WhatsApp...needless to say, no reaction. There is a huge glass window between shower and room. The blinds (to give yourself privacy when taking a shower) were not functioning. I reported that too, no answer. Therefore: if you turn on the light to use the toilet at night, the light is shining directly in your partner's eyes.

Good location. Easy walk to town. Pretty cave rooms. Breakfast option. Reasonably priced. Daily cleaning. Rooftop patio and pool. Big bathroom. Good shower pressure. Decent sized room. Uncomfortable Mattress and pillows. Hard and flat. ac not working in Oct even with 25 degree days. Hot at night. And noisy workers and dogs early am. Stinky plumbing in the bathroom. Tricky and temperamental self serve digital room keys. Not very personal. Breakfast not included in our room rate. Suggested parking lot far and sketchy. Found a better alternative closer and more convenient.

Great location for exploring Ostuni Electronic check in was a little tricky but once we got it the process was smooth

Very comfortable room with a great location. Lovely design features. Great breakfast. Nice breakfast and cleaning staff. Great terrace and pool. Two things…1. Access to the main area and rooms is only available with a phone. You must be able to use electronic entry and check in. There are no staff around to help you or let you in ….which is fine once you figure out the tech based entry. It is however a bit disconcerting when the wifi is flakey, which it was on occasion. 2. Despite the large size of the room, there were no shelves or drawers for clothes. The design features were lovely, but not functional for a long term stay ie 7 days. Having said that, we figured everything out and really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room at great location Safe non functioning and tv and remote a mess. Fortunately savvy enough to know how to reset box but had to do constantly and had to stand next to tv to use remote. No staff on site. Communicated with management and eventually they wiped their butts with me and never responded again. I have retained WhatsApp communications. Told me lots of people stay there and things get damaged. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Room cleaned but no one to provide any additional services. Not a hotel.

But was very disappointing that there was no minibar present and drinks were just stacked on the shelf…. Not cooled! but warm. The water-cooker was not clean and still half filled with something that could have been water. The pool wasn’t clear but had cloudy/fuzzy /dirty water in it, the pool had a very unsavory edge just above the water level we didn’t trust ourselves to get/stay in this pool .
