We tried to call and delay our arrival by one day and the amount of hoops we had to jump through were unreal. After numerous calls it finally came down to the hotel not expedia and they denied our request. I'll never book through a 3rd party again. The hotel itself was very nice and clean with a great location for our needs. The only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast was a bit weak but better than nothing.

Location was good. Decor was nice They stated they had a hot tub and sauna which they had neither. Not exactly sure but might have gotten bed bugs from this place. Was charged twice for the room, one from Booking.com and the other from the hotel when I checked in. Finally got my money back after 4 days.

But the carpeting was filthy as well as the swimming pool. We will not be staying there again.
