Truly the best place to stay in Otranto! You feel like at home, cared for with genuine kindness and sincerity. Location. Roof top. Service. Breakfast. People. Views. Twice a day room service. Nothing.

This hotel really was a former Palazzo! It has less than a dozen rooms, but "feels" larger than than. The local staff is extremely polite and hospitable, and knowledgeable about Otranto. We also felt their own passion for the city, and that made our stay even more memorable since it became a shared excitement. The location is literally in the middle of the old city, so be prepared for some "hustle and bustle". From our room you could peek out at the water and see the populace come and go, so we literally felt like locals. Breakfast and drinks are upstairs on the roof deck, which is magical look out over the Otranto bay. There was not much not too like. I would like to see them have a printed guide of TV channels, but I'm finding something to pick on and not a a detriment otherwise to the hotel. Would recommend this place to friends visiting the city.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the historic centre. A historic building, tastefully updated. I loved the modern room with private balcony. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Fabulous place, lovely breakfast. Charming staff

The hotel was beautiful, clean and Amazing. Perfect location in the center of the old town of Otranto, within the historic walls and just steps away from great restaurants and the beach. Patricia and Mateo were very kind, always giving us information about the parking lot and asking if we needed anything. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast good. Would love to come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for your hospitality

Fabulous location! Great rooftop bar and breakfast area. Lovely staff. Would love to stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location Can not think of anything

The cost of this hotel room was high and we expected more for what we paid. Breakfast was included but had additional costs if, for example, one wanted an egg. The location was good and the room was smaller than expected. Our stay was pleasant but we would not return.
-
Amazing location. Great rooftop terrace for breakfast and drinks at night No complaints. Amazing hotel

Very bad breakfast. We wouldn’t eat in the restaurant because if the breakfast is so bad the restaurant couldn’t be good. One egg then you must pay for a second egg??? This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Fix the bathrooms. You cannot have a shower in a bath in. Five star hotel. You only get one tea bag??? No water given to the guest in the room. This is certainly not a hotel I would recommend even with the location

A charming boutique hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff – young and full of energy. The room was a bit on the small side, but everything else was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the old town, close to shops and restaurants. From the rooftop terrace you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat, and the dinner there was truly special. everything was perfect

Location, room, facilities, breakfast, bar, and staff were all great. Shout out to the front desk and the young women at breakfast and at the bar in the evening! Nothing

The rooms are an impressive, and because they are so close together, very noisy.

The hotel was such a nice experience in every way. The location is right in the old city close to the sea. The room was wonderful; it had a small balcony facing the sea, a nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Cleaning and tidying of the room were just perfect. The decor was very fitting for an Italian Palazzo. Very tasteful. The breakfast display was among the best we have seen. Homemade and delicious. The palazzo has a very good chef. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the top terrace because of repair. All in all, great value for money.
-
Everything! Our room had a huge terrace and balcony. The bed was soo comfortable. The staff were amazing. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sun go down after a day sightseeing.
-
Its location, style and excellent staff who made our stay very special. The hotel is an old palace converted to a hotel keeping many traditional styling features and includes a wonderful roof terrace with panoramic views over the bay. It’s next door to the wonderful cathedral and a short walk to the extremely old castle, both well worth seeing. Nothing

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a kind gesture to offer us a bottle of Prosecco on the rooftop terrace at sunset to celebrate my husbands birthday. An oasis of calm in Otranto.
