We would like to come back !!!

Location was great; about 10 minute walk to old town. Parking available at hotel for 10 EU and I noticed several parking lots just past the hotel. The king room was very large and clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked wonderful. Breakfast options were plentiful. Loved Otranto. One of my favorite cities in Puglia so far. I don’t really understand the Hotiday concept. They have a few rooms inside other hotels, in this case the Vittoria Resort. Most of the time your questions are being answered by a Bot, which can be frustrating and unhelpful. When I did reach a human asking for luggage racks so we didn’t have to keep our luggage on the floor and a table on the balcony either the 2 cheap plastic chairs I was told to speak to the hotel concierge. The hotel concierge told me they don’t supply these for the Hotiday rooms. Our room overlooked the parking lot but we were not outside much. Other than this, it was great.

Nice room and location in Otranto. It was a bit misleading that the inside pool is not included and not for children under 16. We booked this room with our family on a day with bad weather because of the pictures of the pool on booking. It would be helpful if this was stated more clearly.

We didn't know Hotiday is an online hotel with smart devices. Alexa and smart Tv. It was very pleasant suprise since we couldn't watch anthing during our Italian stay in 2 different 4 stars hotel. So as far it was the only 4 stars hotel we could watch online movies, and netflix not only the available Italian channels as non-Italian speakers. Also we loved the dinner time music amd dance shows that was also a suprise and the Sunday buffet dinner. The air conditioning was life saving and many thanks for the water bottles every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was an online hotel in a hotel. That's why it was difficult to find it even for the taxi driver, and nothing said it is in Vittoria hotel. We always caused complications for the staff too. The outdoor pool was busy and messy, no available sunbed and too small, so we could try it during our stay. It was very negative that they didn't provide soap in the room. There were 4 different liquids plus intim gel. But no soap at all. We were required to wash hands with body lotion next to the hand wash basin. Shower gel and shampoo were only in stinky strong male fragrances - rum and peppermint, and we were women. We tried to find a public toilet to collect some soap, but containers were empty too. We read about buffet dinner but only Sunday was buffet. There was no fish in the Sunday buffet. Sunday was about wasting if food, all other days are saving. There were 4 courses dinner every day. But only 2 could be choosen. 2nd one was always pasta that I don't like and I cannot eat it due to my diets. So I could eat only 2 courses every evening, and the portions were very small. Every evening I had too buy something extra too eat. The half board was extremely pricey for what or how they provided. Pasta course usually is too sour or too salty. Very negative too, that there was no vegetable at breakfasts too. Just some half green tomato or no tomato at all. The breakfast was not varied and not balanced. Too many sweet pastries every day but most of them were dry. At least 5 different croissants! I'm not allowed to eat pastries and sugar, nor fine white meal bread, but there was no wholemeal or semolina. Breakfast juices were with sugar. Cold sandwich meats are the same every day. 2 different kind and too salty. I couldn't make a proper sandwich with fresh vegatable. No sausages, sometimes only egg if warm breakfast. Only the choice of fresh fruits was nice. Altogether the hotel was like a student hostel. No easy to reach public toilet. No soap.

We are really satisfied with our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, satisfying breakfast, clean room with a comfortable terrace, great internet connection. We would love to return to this accommodation. We have no complaints. For what we paid, our expectations were really exceeded.

Amazing spa, great location and friendly staff. The balcony in the room could have chairs to enjoy outside area. Pool was not open before 1 June

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotiday Hotel Otranto, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby was well maintained. I particularly loved the room where we stayed at.
