B&B Gelsimori

It is so clean and full equiiped with household item.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Gelsimori. Mario, the owner was excellent, he offered us a welcome drink at our arrival and upgraded us in better room, which we really appreciated. The apartment has a nice character with views of the sea. The breakfast was served in the communcal area and it has exceeded our expectations, we had sweet pastry, local pasticeri and also toast with ham and cheese, yogurths, really nice and delicious breakfast. Mario was also great at giving tips on where to go and places to see, and we have taken his advice and good thing we did. :) May be would be fine to upgrade the mattress on the bed :)

Mario and Lucia were the bests hosts ever! Picked us up from the station and made us feel so welcome. The place was in an incredible location, only a short walk to the beach (4 mins) and so close to the town. Mario gave us the best restaurant recommendations and replied to our messages very quickly. Very attentive host. Aside from the amazing views and the best location, mario and Lucia gave us the best breakfast in the morning. It was so yummy and we would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Will 1000% be back to stay at this place Nothing it was perfect

I believe that those were the best hosts we ever met. They were ready to help us with literally anything. The breakfasts were amazing. You actually feel like home there. Hope to be back soon.

We were super happy with our stay here. It's in a great location in Otranto, only short walk into the old town to all the restaurants/bars. Mario and Lucia are amazing hosts: so kind, welcoming and gave us great recommendations. Would highly recommend ?

Perfect location, within a few minutes walk to the beautiful old city and beaches. The hosts, Mario and his wife were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a spacious room with full seaview from the balcony. Plenty of parking space is available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book Gelsimori again if we return. Nothing we didn't like. The bathroom could do with updating, but was very clean.

Mario is a very welcoming host. His enthusiasm for his town and the local area are infectious, and he quickly shared a wealth of ideas on where to go and what to see not just in Otranto but throughout Puglia. Our room had a balcony with a fine view of the harbour, and to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the fishing boats at night was the best part of our vacation. No complaints about our stay or our host.

Nice location, a nice walk to otranto old town. Good free parking in the middle of august. The owner was great. Him and his partner were very nice, I enjoyed our efforts to communicate despite their minimal English and my minimal Italian. The breakfast was good too. Quite expensive for what it is, but that could have been because I was there in the middle of August.

Our stay at Gelsimori Bnb with Mr. Mario and Mrs. Lucia was absolutely fantastic! Mario's tips were like having a personal tour guide, and the breakfast was delicious. They're the friendliest hosts, and the location is perfect, we could walk everywhere (and the parking is included). Can't wait to go back!

The accomodation is great - clean, comfortable and well-located. Mario and Lucia, the hosts, are exceptional. Incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They also put on a fantastic breakfast for us! We had a very pleasant stay at Gelsimori :)

Amazing people, very friendly and helpful. Once you enter the apartment, you feel like you've just become a part of italian family. Great location, very nice sandy beaches around, 10 minutes to the old town, free parking. The view! We would comeback anytime! Amazing! Beds could be replaced with something less noisy and with one big mattress, not joined 2 with crack in the middle.

Mario received us very warmly! Gave us great tips about the area & nice wine! The B&B is on walking distance from the beach and all the nice restaurants and shops! Great stay! Too bad that we are already gone! -

Very kind and generous host Mario and his wife. Very helpful with sightseeing suggestions. Makes a great Italian coffee and pasticiotto. The place is very close to the sea and the city center and has free parking.

Mario and his wife are wonderful helpful. The breakfast is amazing if you walk 10 minutes you can go swimming very close in the day it’s Turquoise blue weather. The walk into town is 12 minutes. Everything was good
