B&b Lungomare Otranto

Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful view and incredibly clean. Steps away from the beach, short stroll in the promenade to the old town. Absolutely nothing.

The property is lovely and the rooms are well designed. The location and view are spectacular! Right across from the beach and an easy walk to old town. The bed is comfortable, the shower is bigger than most and there is a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The property is spotless and quiet. We enjoyed our balcony on a daily basis. The host is a kind and gracious gentleman. There was nothing negative about the property. There is no elevator, but the stairs were easily manageable.

The location was perfect. The host was so helpful and accommodating. Carrying our luggage up the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B Lungomare Otranto! We loved the view of the sea from our room and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Breakfast was delicious too.

Location. Was excellent. Balcony enjoyable. Shower box too small. I could barely move to wash myself inside. And so not try to pick the soap if it falls. You can slip and have a nasty time. Amenities were awful. Soap with 3 mm thick. Room very small and no help at all when moving out having to carry our luggage 2 stories down. When check in the cleaning lady helped us. Very difficult to find the hotel. Need to set a map on booking’s site. We have been wondering with our car for almost half an hour. Breakfast minimum.

For direct access to the local beach there is no better location. In addition to the beach, just a short stroll along the beach and you are in the heart of the Otranto. Having breakfast on the balcony was perfect. Nothing

Our room was small but with lots of storage space. The room was attractively decorated and had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Our room faced the sea. It is a beautiful view! You sign a sheet for breakfast options. We had scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese and croissant. It was delicious. We recommend the rooms with the balconies facing the sea as the view is amazing. The location is in the new town beside the sea. It is a leisurely walk to the Old Town. Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the B&B. Our host was very helpful. The one negative is that nobody is there except at breakfast. If you need help you contact him through”What’s App”.

Outstanding location with great seaview! You could leave the balcony door open to enjoy the sound of the sea at night.

Very good

First and foremost, Matteo was an exceptional host. He was so flexible about our arrival time and was looking out for us on the balcony. This was so helpful and made it so easy for us to find. We had a Seaview room .absolutely stunning clear view o the beach, we loved our room. Excellent air conditioning and room was cleaned daily. Super short walk to old town but far enough away so no noise at night for sleeping. The beach is right across the street. One side for your own umbrella and the other side is a lido with paid chairs and umbrella (40 euros). The breakfast is outstanding, and Matteo does an excellent job getting fresh food each morning. We had eggs, bacon, cheese plate with fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. Best breakfast our entire trip in Puglia! I would highly recommend staying here. Matteo told us some parking options, ending up going to a lot called Omar and it was super cheap, like 5 euro for the day and about 5 minutes from the room. Nothing!

Location and view were excellent. Fridge in the room. Good tv channel selection available. Wine glasses and cups would be useful within the room. Air conditioning system is quiet and efficient. Host is gregarious. There is a small supermarket, limited hours, close by within walking distance. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No tea making facilities in the common area. If unable to check in by 2.00pm, then host was not available for check in until after 5.00pm, with no other option available. We drove down from Vieste and had to wait an hour in the street where parking is at a premium, before being able to check in and move our car. Host provides a very useful free parking permit but parking availability in the surrounds is challenging and very limited if you go out during the day and return early evening. No breakfast available in the common area on a Sunday even though paid for ( this information is apparently detailed in the booking platform but we missed it). Host supplies a 5 euro voucher each for a close by cafe, but this buys little more than a cup of coffee and part of a croissant.
