Many things are old or broken/malfunctioning or worn out : shower, AC, bed sheets, towels A little walking distance to city center Staff was very nice though

Room was big enough and clean, although pictures look much brighter and nicer. Staff was welcoming and helpful as in most places in Morocco. Street noise was unbearable. Our room faced the road and even with earplugs you can hear heavy traffic. Mopeds during the night were especially annoying. Toiletries provided were scarce to say the least - one used soap bar.

We really enjoy and thankful we stayed at the “Hotel Azoul”. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us assemble our bikes after flying in from the US. The hotel is nicely located on the north edge of town. It is clean and well kept. We enjoyed having breakfast next door. It gave us a chance to view the city “waking up” and kids being taken by their parents to school. Fred K. USA Fr

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom.

Location easy to get to and free parking outside Staff not very helpful and caused embarrassment. I mistakenly booked for 1 person and they made a laboured point about us being a couple. They continued to reconstructed that we were a couple after I agreed to pay extra. It became obvious from their expressions they thought I'd paid a prostitute to join me. My partner was very upset, but staff realized after this they had made a wrong assumption.

Mohamed was very helpful and provided excellent customer service in recommending an outstanding restaurant nearby since the hotel’s restaurant was closed. A more fully stocked bathroom with shampoo and body wash and more rolls of toilet paper would be helpful.

The Stuff was quite nice and helpfull. The water in the water tap was lukewarm and in the morning for one hour we did’nt have water at all. The airconditioning ( heating function) in winter was working badly and it was cold at night.
