Orka World Hotel & Aquapark

Location was nice, the Orka Aqua Park was amazing, the kids had so much fun. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was great and there were lots of varieties. Our three bedroom villa was clean and very suitable. None

The place is a bit old .. it's fine but needs some touch ups.

Great for the price. Not so many options but the food is quality. Desserts were very tasty. Aquapark is 4 minutes away from the hotel, there is only one shuttle in the morning but we had rental car, so it was not an issue for us. Staff is very friendly and try to help always with everything. In summary, they provide great service for the price. Bar. All inclusive for a good price, I can understand low quality alcohols but none of bar staff know bartending. There is not lemon nor salt in the bar. There is no cocktail elements, only syrups. Aquapark is too expensive and it is far from hotel. They can make a snack corner in there for hotel guests in aquapark. And an old lifeguard guy with white beard is behaving like a perv. He stares to women guests like a pervert and talks dirty behind them. But all other staff is perfect, there is an exception to every rule.

3 different pools to suit everyone's needs. Variation of food each night. Spa Great location to local shops Food could be tailored more towards to traditional Turkish food Room service was not acceptable. Room wasn't cleaned, beds made for the duration of the stay. No towel change or loo roll top up for 3 days and only done once asked. In 7 days the towels were only changed twice. No top up on amenities in the room such as tea and coffee for the duration of the staff. Tv in main room was hanging off the wall, and took 4 complaints to fix. With a family, need more than 1 room card. Pool water was ice cold.

Disappointing

The location was excellent. The food, entertainment and the pool were excellent. Staff was very kind, attentive and hardworking. The rooms are small, but OK. Enormous amount of mosquitoes made the holiday intolerable (could not sleep and were bitten, especially children). I think the hotel management must do something about this.

Lovely clean hotel, great choice of food and fab water park!

The accommodation was brilliant, the food selection and quality was great. The evening entertainment was fab. The room cleaning needs to improve, particularly the bathrooms. We had to ask for fresh towels 3 times.
