Staff were very polite and helpful. Trolley to carry luggage from car to room was very helpful. Check-in and check-out process was very quick and efficient.

The 2 sliding glass entry doors need new guide rolls installed, we heard them all night long, opening and closing

Overall it is a relatively clean, basic hotel, situated in a safe area, with free onsite parking, and a decent hot breakfast. We really have no complaints.

The hotel is very nice and comfy . The hotel is pet friendly but the do charge for your pet, even though Expedia says they are free.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT YOUR DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR!!!!!!!!! Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9:30am and did not wait for an answer before they started opening the door. I think they opened the door 5 times!!!!!!!!
