Coffee maker was dated, not a Keurig. Disposal was jammed & not working, but they fixed it right away. Everything else was very nice. Comfortable place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good food for breakfasts. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel itself was very nice. We reserved a total of (6) rooms. Three of the rooms were filled with ants. When we reported it to the staff they told us that they could not to anything about it. Also, the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. But, they did inform us that they were remodeling the entire hotel.

The room was clean as the hotel is currently under some updates. The Hotels.com listing for this property says it has a hot tub/spa but upon checking in, when asked, was told that the tub was removed, like many others of this chain, during the COVID stuff. We also saw/killed dozens of small ants that were all over the desk/table in the room. The remaining pool was almost unbearably cold.

Website is NOT updated!! NO hot tub since COVID (still on website) - was told it was a “heated pool” - another bold lie. Website said “10 pools” ? Not sure why?? We booked based on the website on Expedia - won’t stay there again and won’t trust Expedia again .. Very disappointed and frustrated!!
