Front desk person Lauren was amazing. So helpful and nice!

I have stayed at many Home2Suites due to traveling with my dog and this one was the worst. There was no toilet paper so I had to go to desk for that. It was handicap accessible and the shower ran all over the bathroom floor. The peeling paint on doors was evidence that this had happened for a while. The room had several light bulbs out and the girl at desk said it couldn’t be replaced until maintenance came in next day. There was also stains on bed spread and an all over unclean look to space. Will not be booking at this one again.

Breakfast was really good & the desk staff was friendly. There were a lot of events going on in the area & very few rooms to go around. They definitely took advantage. They were price gouging & we ended up paying DOUBLE what it would’ve cost the very next week.

The location was convenient and very easy to access. The parking wasn’t the best but the property was accessible. The toilet wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t an option for a king bed.

The front desk staff was very attentive. The housekeeping staff was asked to replace the towels we put outside our room with clean towels and they only took the dirty towels. The housekeeper I spoke to was not very responsive to me, just half nodded and walked away. When we arrived back at 9:00 pm we had to go back to the front desk for clean towels. We also had to ask for a blanket for the fold out sofa as only sheets were provided.

The room was great! Whitney was awesome, she had a great personality and was very friendly and welcoming to all the people I saw her come in contact with. The reason I took away one star is because the the interactions I had with the morning front desk staff made me not extend my reservation and switch hotels. But the hotel and Whitney I give 5 stars and a 10/10 . Keep hiring more people like Whitney!!!!

Pool looks dirty. Wife did not want to swim due to black stuff on pool walls. She said pool railing was very loose. The American flag is tattered and should be replaced. Carpets are very dirty and need a good cleaning. The room was in better shape and comfortable. No ice bucket. There are plenty of other hotels around that I will stay at next time.

I loved this hotel so bad I didn’t wanna leave . I will be back soon. I can live here forever if I wanted too. Home2Suites is the TOP #1 hotel in Oxford , AL . You should go here. You won’t be disappointed. ??????????
