Linens were crisp and clean, room was spotless and smelled good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of a few restaurants and a 3-5 min drive for several more. And they sell wine, beer and canned cocktails at the front desk!! Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a pool between this hotel & the Marriott. Apparently the owner owns all 3 hotels in the lot, but only the Hampton has the pool amenity. There is a lock on the Marriott side & their keys do not open the pool gate on the Hampton so side. Pool use was awful due to being constantly harassed by the Marriot residents to “just let me in”. Housekeeping is every other day. Since we stayed 2 nights our room didn’t get cleaned. Our iron was broken, and the toilet paper holder was so loose every time you used it, it fell off the holder. I had to ask for an iron, toilet paper, tissues (box was empty upon arrival), trash bags to empty the trash & towels. I was starting to feel like the housekeeper. For the up-charged cost of $900 for 2 days on a college move in weekend, I feel like housekeeping and upkeep of the essentials in the room should have been better.

I was appreciative of the assistance of the two representatives they were very helpful until I learned that the refund that I was going to receive for mistakenly booking two rooms would not be credited to me. They were warm and genuine my entire stay but I just learned that the refund will not happen. So I paid full price for a room I didn't stay in.

Room was clean but hotel needs a bit of a maintenance. It is pretty outdated with quite a bit of wear and tear. Staff were excellent and we really enjoyed the pool.

Only suggestion would be to have the coffee and supplies up higher so we dont have to kneel on the floor to use it! Would recommend Hampton !!! Also loved the tea and coffee in the lobby at all times !
