Great location, great garden, perfect when traveling with a pet. Breakfast was fantastic

The location is very pleasant and features a large garden where you can park your car and enjoy a relaxing walk. The host was polite and genuinely tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. However, in some situations I needed practical solutions rather than just advice, and unfortunately those solutions were not provided. I should also mention that there was no language barrier whatsoever, as my sister is fluent in Italian and was able to communicate without any difficulty. Although I had made my reservation in March and stayed in June, I was assigned a room outside the main building, in what felt like an annex next to the laundry drying area. The explanation was that the hotel was fully booked, but I found this disappointing given that my reservation had been made three months in advance. The lighting in both the room and the bathroom was extremely dim, making it difficult to see properly. There was also a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom. I also noticed that some guests were walking their dogs around the property without cleaning up after them, which was unpleasant. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. I repeatedly tried to connect, but the network showed as connected without internet access. Breakfast was served in the garden, which was a lovely setting. However, it was not immediately clear that guests had to take their plates, cups, and glasses from the outdoor table and carry them inside to collect the food and drinks. It took me a while to figure this out, and some explanation or signage would have made the experience much smoother.

This was the best B&B we stayed at in Sicily and we were in Sicily travelling for 2 weeks by car. The garden is lovely and you can sit outside, overlooking the olive trees. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was so comfortable. The property is gated and secure.

The parking space was included which was nice. We had a private small villa near the main house. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work there for us. We had to get closer to the main house.

Simply the best B&B I ever stayed at. Great hosts, fantastic property, good breakfast, nice views, safe parking and the garden around the house is simply a dream. If you travel by car and want a great place to return to from your daily outings, this is it! It’s a bit off any main attractions but super close to the Messina ferry, just an hour to Taormina and 2 to Siracusa and Palermo

Amazing place, calm, clean and very very beautiful! We loved the hosts and the Design it was a pleasant experience. Will do it again for sure.

My host was lovely and most welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and taken in my hosts's dining room served by her staff. My room was very comfortable with everything that you could want. The property is set within wonderful gardens with all sorts of exotic plants. Excellent Pizzeria just down the road too! Nothing at all, it was really charming and my host was lovely and welcoming

Everything was fine. Nothing that I didn't like.

Beautiful grounds, cute property. AC worked well once we changed the setting. Bathroom was very dark so was hard to put on makeup or fully shower. Pillows were very uncomfortable.
