NOTHING First the amount paid didn't worth it, the air condition wasn't working requested for a room change or refund because they states they have no room, the staff causing you by speaking. in italian language. Then after all said and done they changed my room to the worst room ever. The bed was horrible got back pain every day.

Location The AC did not work on the first night

Close to the bus stop. The young men on the evening shift were friendly. The wall switches are obsolete, and some do not work. The entire place is in disarray. The advertised building picture is AI-generated. The building is old and nothing to write home about. The vending machine is bad.

Location, facilities , beds Street noise level , but get used to it.

We were given a great room with essentially two separate bed rooms inside it and separate bathrooms as well. The beds were lovely and staff were great. The hotel was right next to a busy roundabout which meant opening the window for fresh air made it too noisy to sleep with the window open, but otherwise great. Definitely not very close to the city center, which was alright for us since we were visiting friends nearby, but would probably be a little annoying as a tourist.

Great place to stay

The rooms were big, with a stylish, elegant design. Bathroom was large and had all the amenities including a bidet. Staff at the reception was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Cleaning staff did an amazing job every time leaving the room spotless! The hotel has a large private parking behind which is free to use for customers. The AC is a bit loud, works fine tho. Can't really say we didn't like the breakfast, however we have to note it is more oriented towards a sweet breakfast than savory, since there are a lot of sweet options and only a few salty ones (eggs, sausages, salami and cheese). Not really the hotels problem, however getting to the city center was a bit exhausting at times, since the entire city is in construction mode building the new tram lines. This will change in the future since the hotel has a station being built in front of it, so i can only imagine it will be a breeze getting around. Just something to keep in mind when visiting Padova.

The human factor. The staff. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. And one more thing: take the breakfast. It’s delicious and very affordable. It’s an eat-all-you-can-eat breakfast. Plus it is served on the terrace 7th floor where you get a panoramic view of Padova - mamma Mia. See my photos. Why do great hotels fail at brand marketing? I have stayed in worse hotels with more beautiful photos. The food is so good I saw guests quietly ‘stealing’ stuff to eat for later. Listen, you can’t blame them. While no one was watching I put three boiled eggs in my pocket. Hahaha I’d like to help promote this hotel to the world (ok, this is me being excited) Talk about spaces. There’s a coworking space with a breathtaking view. It’s free. They even serve you a complimentary coffee. I have never seen that before and I travel a lot. The rooms are always impeccably clean. It’s charming. It’s also very private. No noises. Nothing

Good hotel!

If you are driving, this hotel is very convenient. It is also not too far to walk to downtown and there is a very nice pedestrian area to walk around and find good restaurants. I suggest walking to town using the path along the river. It is nice and also currently has a really cool food fair where you can have a drink and eat some good street food. Room and bed were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast on the seventh floor had nice views and good food.

5€ for breakfast was a great deal! I would definitely recommend it with your stay.

Really nice clean spacious room with balcony. All devices operated fine. The room included minibar and the kettle. Cosy and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Steak/burger restaurant was round the corner, but it's better to book in advance. Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants in the city centre, about 2 - 2,5 km from htl.

It was a lovely hotel, looks much better on the inside than the out. The staff were attentive and answered all questions regarding connections. The rooms were too hot and the AC could ot be switched on, however, the staff were lovely and changed our room and provided a fan.
