Clean, very helpful staff. Electricity and air conditioning initially failed. Moved us to a new smaller room. Tub with hand sprayer, no shower. Could not get hot water in evening - had to wash in cold water. Breakfast was limited. Juice machine broken

Quality of the room was not good compared to the price. Bathroom needs to be remodeled.

The room was good size and had a great bathroom, the view was spectacular, right in front of the church and the plaza. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast is not great, the things kept finishing and they would not bring out more, that happened both days we were there.

The friendliness and helpfulness of ALL staff was exceptional! No request was too small for them. Breakfast was standard but the service was excellent! The location is ideal for us - close to the Basilica of St. Anthony, short walk to a tram stop and not very far from the historic center.

This hotel is exceptional. The location, friendliness of staff, breakfast, everything. We stayed a week. The walk to the bus was maybe 5 mins, from which we reached the train station. Staff even packed us a TaGo bag before an early morning start. Would definitely stay again!!

The location could not be better: right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony and about a five-minute walk from Prato della Valle. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. A special mention goes to the three gentlemen at the reception desk, as well as the bellboy/porter, who were especially attentive with directions, luggage, and arranging taxis. The room was a bit dated and could probably use some updating. As for breakfast, I’m not usually a big breakfast person, but the scrambled eggs were pretty bad, and the staff in the breakfast area didn’t come across as particularly friendly or helpful.

The location was obviously incredible, just across the street from the Basilica. The room wasn't huge, but it was comfortable with a large bed and a very nice bathroom. The hotel itself was bright and clean, and the staff were kind and professional. The room was quite warm, so I slept with street-facing window open pretty much all night and day. I was glad there were no mosquitos. The view to the Basilica was mostly obstructed, but I wasn't too bothered since I could just walk outside and have the most incredible view.

Very hospitable and the staff was very warm and extremely helpful. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The locations is so good The room doesnt have basket for rubish/ laundry bag/ flipflob for the toilet no water is to be put everyday. And when i asked for water.. he charged me 140 Euros at the end of the stay telling ( is the water u asked) and when i call for water that at the end i will pay, he tells me come down to take it… i will never go there again. The staff is not helpful at all
