The air conditioning worked perfectly (rare for the very top floor) and the breakfast was great. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The bathroom shower area needed a facelift. The area of town doesn’t seem to be the greatest, especially the walk to the train station, but the park nearby is nice.

Big room with beautiful bathroom & equipped with everything we needed. Lovely breakfast in basement - met the owner & her dog Keys were on reception due to late arrival Water bottles as we left The hairdryer wouldn’t stay ‘on’

Excellent location -walking distance from bus/train station, as well as all sites. Friendly and responsive owner. Clean. Aircon v effective only at night. Large rooms Aircon not effective during day (top floor). Breakfast was quite basic

The room was spacious. The bed was at least king size. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast was continental. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Great little spot just within the old town of Padova. Easy walking from here. Rooms were updated and clean and comfortable. Good little breakfast included and lovely host(s). Would recommend.

Great location, 10 mins from airport and directly in the pedestrian area. Lovely room, delicious breakfast and great to have a kettle and fridge in the room with complimentary tea, coffee and water The separate shower cubicle, outside the bathroom was not very private, but we were travelling as friends!

The location is incredible. Close to Scrovegni Chapel, Piazzas, Restaurants and other famous sights. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Angela was very helpful and gave us excellent advice.
