Room was nice and the staff was friendly, very good breakfast and reasonable.

The location was very good, 5 minutes walk from the Padova train station. And the staff was very supportive and cooperative. The size of the room was very squeezed and options for breakfast for vegetarian people were quite less.

Location, cost/benefits dust on the wardrobe and old equipment

Rooms are very spacious, staff is helpful and friendly, there is covered parking with lots of space for big cars, breakfast is very complete and the restaurant serves great dinner. Not all the plugs were working properly when turning off the lights, take that into account when charging your devices

Convenient location near the railway station and within walking distance to all attractions. I do not recommend the restaurant for dinner. On the main road from the train station going into the city two blocks up on the right is a terrific Chinese restaurant with outstanding food.

The location is good for those who look for the vicinity of the main railway station or bus station. If you are arriving by car, there is a garage. So, great for those arriving by car, or looking for a smooth railway connection. The size of the room is ok. The vicinity of the railway station also means that all shops are 5 to 7 min away from the hotel. Old city centre is some 15 min away on foot. The room might have been renovated during the 1980s, which is visible in the overall design, outdated bathroom, some bizarre piping, etc.; bathroom water pressure is low and water in the bathroom smells funny; house keeping could be better: they do change towels every day but I was waiting to see when they'd remove a huge black hair from my sink. It was gone on the third day of my stay; windows can only slightly be opened, but you'll end up counting trains during the night when the air is fresh. The alternative is the old-style hotel AC which is too noisy. This is all manageable even though this is not the usual 3-star quality one might expect. However, by far the worst aspect of the hotel goes to one staff member, a young bloke with glasses doing the night shift, who was extremely rude and abrasive. When I arrived to the hotel around 11pm and asked him to prepare the invoice for me for the next morning, he told me that I was given a wrong room key upon arrival and that that was my problem. I said that that was not my problem, but his. He was frustrated and pissed at me and he raised his voice, hospitality 101, not... He even made a remark about one of his colleagues who made this mistake. Honestly, I traveled several continents and I haven't come across this level of rudeness. This explains my low staff grade. Other people working the front desk in the hotel, the two ladies, were helpful, which is usually the case in Italy, at least that's been my experience.

Being just beside several train rails, the room was noisy. But, the air conditioner was even noisier, such that you can not hear the trains :))). Anyway, it can be like an advantage that the hotel is close to the train and bus station. It would also be good to equip the rooms with small friges, at least to keep water cold during summers.

The personnel was outstanding polite and friendly. The location, near the railway station, is absolutely convenient for travelling persons, how in our case.

Loved every minute big clean room ?. And super location I missed the minnie fridge and maybe 2 water like a welcome drink. Shower very small but ok. Thank you .

Helpfulness of the staff One night, someone tried to enter my neighbour's room, they called the police and everything was sorted out, but it was scary.

It was close to the train station. Staff was very friendly. Room needs renovation, bathroom is very old. About 2km from historical centre by foot.

Good,easy to find location. Spaceous bathroom with a weirdly low toilet. Window roller shutter makes the room comfortably dark. Surprisingly quiet at night although the window overlooks one of the main roads. Worn out sagging materace that makes your hips' area sink into a hammock position so people with lower back issues beware! Water flow and drainage in the sink could be better.

Easy reachable from the train station Very cold in the room.You can feel the wind through the windows.We asked the lady from the reception to switch on the heating system.It was warm enough after,but it was very very noisy! The beds(twin) were very uncomfortable.When you changed sides to sides the bed was swinging!

Big room with comfortable beds, everything was clean and the staff was nice. I appreciate the 11 am check-out! /

Very friendly staff Poor choice of food at the breakfast. No coffee machine. Tight Shower Cabin. Some rooms are small.
