Staff was very nice Very humid in the room and the bed felt wet. Felt like poor air circulation in the room. Bathroom had no vent and got hot unless the door was left open. Could feel every metal bar through the mattress on the pull out couch. The room smelt like a mildew.

More than just updating is needed: The strong musty smell hits you as you walk into the room. The walk-in shower had dirty grout in the corners. Dark walls, dim lighting, and poor window treatments didn’t help. Staff were helpful in changing rooms, but no accessible choices so we had to climb stairs. Tub was clean but had no grab bars. Second room also had strong musty smelling.

Very outdated. Toiletries were gross. Room was very powdery smell. Not handicap accessible at all. No elevator.

Bathroom smelt like smoke and had several signs that the room had not been throughly cleaned (ie: hair on the wall of the shower, marks on the toilet seat, etc).

The breakfast was hot, delicious, and available on time. Everything was perfect, the choices were excellent and well presented, kept hot and fresh. I enjoyed it so much I came back when I made the trip again! nothing.
