Great. Great Temperature of the room. It was hot.

Breakfast was typical for Italy, the location was as great, a 1 minute walk to private lido, and maybe1.5 minute walk to public beach. The staff was friendly. There was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. The first room we were in was and oven when we arrived back after dinner. The kids and I had to stay on the terrace until 2 am waiting for the fan I adjusted in the doorway (bring in cool air from outside) to cool down the room enough to be tolerable. My daughter has heat induced urticaria which made things even trickier; the hotel staff moved us to a room that didn’t get as much sunlight during the day which helped- it was not as hot upon arrival from dinner, and took less time to cool down. Rooms were definitely older but clean. Beds not very comfortable, but again clean. Rooms we’re a little cramped. The water pressure in our second bathroom was next to nothing- the cold water was a literal drip.

It's an amazing place. I don't understand why this hotel has such low ratings. some people complain about the old furniture, but in our room the furniture was new, as was the bed and mattress. Yes, the hotel is not new, simple, but everything looks neat, clean and somehow family friendly. You can see that the owners keep it in good condition. We particularly liked the large balcony, which had a table and two chairs and a clothes dryer. There is a small kitchen with a fridge on the floor. It is just one minute to the beach. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast, we were offered an omelette, cheese and sausage platter, lots of jams, butter, croissants, scones and coffee on request. I haven't seen such good housekeeping even in very expensive hotels. I would like to wish the owners prosperity and success. This place deserves higher marks. N/A
