Medio de Pai Hotel

The lady running was very kind. The pool was great, and the room was clean. The hotel and the street were very quiet. Appreciated having towels and a kettle. They also held our bags after checkout for free.

I always stay here! I love the staff and the room and pool. It’s also super close to the walking street and good value for money. Some noisy girls were outside their room smoking weed in the corner (but not the hotels fault).

The location was great and the room was affordable. Room dated but mostly clean. Given the price we did not expect much and we were just looking for a clean place to crash. That being said when first arriving we noticed how hard the beds were. They were not much better than the floor, but we took it as it is given the price. Later that night, once we flushed the toilet we noticed a sewer smell coming from the drains. We had planned to stay two nights but given the smell we decided to leave early. When we checked out early I informed the reception we were checking out early to continue our trip because of the sewage smell from the bathroom. The lady did not seem surprised and radioed one of the cleaning ladies. There was no attempt at customer service. Unfortunately, we had also booked one night a few days later on our trip back from the north. I tried to cancel but was unable to due to the cancellation policy. We decided to give the place one more chance, believing it may just be that room. Once we returned we were given a different room and had the same issue with the rock hard bed and the bathroom sewage smell. I once again informed the same reception lady and was met with the same response and no attempt to fix the issue. Additionally, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone partying and someone violently throwing up for an hour.

Centrally located and within walking distance of everything in town. Helpful staff that spoke English quite well. There was a laundry across the street. It was cheap and they did an excellent job. The hotel was great and the staff were amazing.

The room was spacious and clean, staff very nice and accommodating. Fantastic location just minutes walking to the walking streets, a little gym on the property and pool on the property. Our water could’ve been hotter and the air conditioning was leaking. They fixed it more or less.

Just perfect, the staff are lovely, the room have all u need - clean ! And big, great bed, great shower, will definitely come back !

The Pool is really big and the Garden is Beautiful. The gardener was very nice as the whole staff. All good!

The staff were friendly, receptionist was very helpful, location was great I was very disappointed as I messaged as soon as I'd left a pair of bumble bee earings in the room on top of the lights built into the headboard, we left at 6am and apparently they were not found, I understand it was my fault I left them but I'm sure the cleaners would have picked them up.

Great pool, spacious room, friendly staff. The location is pretty good, just 5 min walk from the Main Street and lot of food options There could be more pool related shadow places

Spacious room, nice clean bathroom, situated right beside the pool which was amazing, parking available for motorcycles, good location to resteraunts and walking street and markets, pool was really nice especially on the warm days
