A wonder place next to walking street. Clean, comfortable and updated rooms. The pool is very nice

I had a poolside room and it had a sliding door with two loungers right next to the pool, although each poolside room has their loungers accessible only by the guests. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Location was right in the middle of town. There were some ants crawling in the bathtub but the shower was hot and I really didn’t care.

The cleaning staff talked very loudly outside our room every morning. Also the room was near to construction of other rooms so it was loud.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, really friendly staff and amazing location. We got free water and snacks every day and the toiletries were also restocked every day when the room was cleaned. Laundry right across the street was very convenient as well :) the pool is super nice and very very clean

I asked for a room with two beds. The problem is that there are only rooms like that on the top floor. And it's hard for me to climb stairs because there's no elevator.

location is on the door step to the night market and nice bars, staff were also very helpful when checking in and carried two heavy backpacks to the room for us

Access to pool and rooms were amazing, super convenient location, close to nightlife and market. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location just off walking street. Good breakfast. Great views from upper floors. Clean and well kept. Nice staff. Very awkward access to get into the pool unless you had a first floor room, which all have private steps off their patio leading to the pool. We tried to add another day but the price quoted was about 20% more than we were paying.

Beautiful pool area, very good location close to the food street. The cleaning staff was very nice. Well decorated. I loved the balcony and the pool. I discovered bed bugs in my bed. I noticed small black spots on the sheets, and when I woke up, I had red dots on my skin. I went to the doctor, who confirmed that they were indeed bed bug bites. When I informed the property manager, she looked at me as if she didn’t believe me, rather than offering any assistance. In the morning, it becomes nearly impossible to sleep because I can hear everything happening outside the room.

The hotel is right around the corner from the walking street. It is super clean and very comfortable. The shower over the tub worked well and there was plenty of hot water. However, with no shower curtain, water tends to get splashed all over the floor.

The shower door isn't sealed so every shower ended up with a flood on the floor , they offered us to move but eventually we didn't moved because the shower was the same there. There's only 4 sunbed to the non pool accessable rooms, they should get more for the other residents

The pool access was amazing!!! There was a huntsman spider outside our door and we did fin a roach in the room. But not the properties fault just the area I presume.

This hotel looks new, fabulous helpful staff and very comfortable. Superb breakfast and I love the pool. Right in town and they even have free push bikes. There was a guy smoking marijuana on the balcony. It seems this hotel allows it and I recommend they change the policy to ban it like most hotels in Thailand (there's a reason it's illegal in most countries, as it's a health hazard).
