Nice hilltop view Always difficult to communicate with owner/staff. My pillowcase, sheets and towels all had stains. There was a frog in my wall that wouldn’t let me sleep all night.

Perfect place for relaxing during the heat of the day with a private balcony and communal green space. We stayed for 5 nights, had water delivered each day with communal coffee and water available. Would recommend! Is best to hire a scooter/bike to make the most of the location and activities to do around Pai/ the resort.

The bungalows are basic but absolutely fine- hot water, very nice bedding- etc- nothing really was an issue

Not much It's not really romantic, no privacy They advertise as something very different Doesn't seem like the property reinvests in the rooms and I mean that's the only thing we ask for as guests right? Not paying wayy to much for places that really aren't honest

Need some door locking fixes at the bathroom. A closet or a small shelf to keep clothes it will be very helpful.

view run down no maintenance,decaying, poor lighting, staff not friendly at all, way over priced, bad bed.

Good location, beautiful views, comfortable bed, pleasant staff It was very cold in the room at night, and the shower didn’t get hot
