Amaaazing views, friendliest staff- super nice and helpful We had a tiny problem of ants in the room, the staff were amazing about it and helped us to solve it quickly , it was really minor we had an amazing experience !!

Quiet, great views, beautiful gardens, and good location close to town. Bed was a little hard.

The property was beautiful, the view from the pool was amazing. They cleaned and restocked our rooms everyday and it was nice to come back to a clean room. The front desk staff were very kind and the shuttle into town was always quick and available. We wish there was a gym.

The room - a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view. Staff is amazing - very kind and responsive. The washroom is lovely. There is nothing not to like. Perhaps if they had lunch and dinner options, people would not leave the hotel! ha! ha!

The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great but the very best part is the excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. That's why Yoma is the place where I always stay in Pai.

Some rooms that are closer to the main road are noisy and staying there in not so pleasant if you're a noise-sensitive person.

The hotel is located in a great location, with amazing view and very nice pool. The bed was comfortable, although a little hard, and the room had balcony and spacious shower. All in all, good value for money. Staff were nice. The hotel is a little old and outdated, and it feels like it. The furniture and the condition of the room shows it’s been used a lot and not in the best shape. The room was pretty clean, but could have been better. Breakfast was okay, with variety of food, but also not the best we’ve had and just enough to start the day.

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Big room, with a great view of the mountains. Nice happy staff. Great buffet breakfast. Plenty of parking space. I was happy with everything.

The breakfast is great. Location as well, also staffs is friendly nice and super responsive. Water temperature is excellent. Aircon seems having problems. Lucky that we stayed here during winter, else it would be bother us.
