Great location, you’re a few steps from the beach and main restaurants. The room is extremely clean and spacious and we had a good experience in general. They charge the city tax at the check in, I would rather have that on my daily fee

Friendly and great food and location

We had a very nice week in Aluna Paje. Very good location in the heart of Paje, staff were helpful for every purpose. Breakfast can be improved and wifi is not the best for remote workers

I liked that it was in the center close to everything. Great food local shops 24 hour stores. The pool was amazing, there’s this cute little massage place right across the walk way. No TV, and bugs not unbearable but being from America it’s kinda hard to get use to. But other than that!! Great stay

WiFi was terrible. Very slow and not good for those traveling to work or need to attend virtual meetings. Poor hospitality and zero accountability. I extended my stay, and the hotel still gave my room away due to their own oversight. Instead of owning the mistake, staff tried to blame me and showed no empathy or urgency to resolve the situation. There was no real problem-solving—just excuses. I’m a well-seasoned traveler, and this was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Nice and clean hotel

I had Ana amazing stay at Aluna, the location and food are just amazing, the view and the place itself is a real blossom, without even speaking of all the activities that they helped to arrange for us, thanks to Iva, who was always there to accompany us and make our stay feel safe and great, a lot of thanks to Khalil, at the reception as well who was always there to assist and answer whenever we had a concern!!

It’s very environmental friendly and the staff are lovely, they make the place feel like you are at home, especially Khalil is very helpful and charming, he assisted us through our stay

the vibes are beautiful breakfast very delicious the hotel clean and quiet

2 rooms given had bathrooms that were entirely rusty. Some items were missing such as soap/shampoo and when informed they just added water to it. Food is dry and plain. Location while near the beach it’s surrounded by the slums. Wasn’t expecting a 5-star resort but wasn’t expecting a 2-star quality hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable. Not the fault of the hotel but we had electricity cuts. They were resolved quickly by the hotel
