However, the biggest issue with this hotel is the breakfast arrangement. Breakfast is not served in the property. Guests are required to drive around 2.5 kilometers outside of hotel to reach a separate location where breakfast is available. This raises a serious concern: what are guests without a car supposed to do? On top of that, breakfast must be pre-ordered every day via the LINE app before the serving time, and the menu is extremely limited with only a few options to choose from. The most surprising part is that no hot drinks are included with the breakfast — no tea, no coffee, nothing. If you want a hot beverage, you have to purchase it separately from the restaurant, and the prices are unreasonably high — to the point where you could pay for a full dinner elsewhere for the same cost. Overall, while the property is visually impressive, the breakfast system is highly inconvenient and significantly impacts the overall experience.

I stayed here with my partner for a few nights on a long holiday! We really loved this place. It’s quiet and has a very natural and peaceful environment. There’s a coffee shop, convenience store and small local restaurants and markets near by. We could easily drive to the national park on a motor bike but if you don’t have any transportation it would be difficult to stay here. Otherwise, it was great, we will definitely stay again next time we visit Khao yai.

The location is fantastic. Quiet, next to a lake and in the middle of nature and farm land. The location is somewhat remote so it is advisable to have your own transportation We did not have our transportation, but the owner mr. Poom and his staf were really kind to bring us out to do shopping etc. We tried Grab and Bolt but that didn't work. Except for ordering food. It is also possible to order food at the reception. We stayed 7 nights. Nothing.

The place is truly a haven for nature lovers—set beside a stunning lake with beautiful scenery all around. It’s clean and surprisingly low on insects given its natural setting, which made our stay even more comfortable. the nearest store is about a 20-minute walk away, so if you don’t rent a car or bike, you’ll likely stay within the resort. Also, the bed is a bit on the smaller side, and the blanket provided was a bit too small for two people.

It’s far away from all the hustle and bustle. It could have been better if there was a cafe/ restaurant at the site but the owner (Mr. Poom - extremely personable man) told me that they’re working on it because he just took over the place and management a few months ago. You should check out his café which is a five-minute drive from the resort. Highly recommended!
