If you're on the wheels it's okay. If not don't go to Khao Yai - it's like in LA, nobody walks.

Individual villas in the midst of the forest. The big heavy curtain over the whole front door .....should be panels....allowing to keep part open..... curtain looks dirty with lizards.....minimal introduction to the facilities by staff. On check out realised the bike available to use.

Comfortable, well managed and great service N/a

I like the peacefulness and clean place to stay but bed didn’t that good to sleep. And one spot that I won’t come back is the charging of broken chair that my family didn’t use it at all. Actually, it’s maybe our fault that we didn’t check any chairs and all stuffs in the room whether they all were in good condition or not. But it’s very minor broken which might be happened before and these kinds of broken should already be in the rental fee which included all kind of small maintenance that the property needs to take care anyway. In my opinion it’s very silly to charge this fee more to the customers. I’ve never seen this kind of service in other places before If all customers need to check all furnitures and all stuffs before checking in, I don’t think that they will happy to stay with the place. It’s the responsibility of the property to make it sure that you are ready to service. I will not come back to stay here

The bed was a little hard but I slept fine

- Staff were polite, humble, courteous and approachable (Especially the old lady and the support staff who is always around at the reception). Great hospitality by the family who run the hotel. - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi connectivity with workspace makes the place suitable to work from home. - Spacious villas with huge bathrooms. - Neat and clean property, daily housekeeping was carried out immaculately. - A little away from the city center. We had a car, so it was great and convenient with ample car parking space. - Buffet breakfast is available only based on the number of guests. If the total guests are less, Ala-Carte menu is provided. We stayed for 3 nights. Buffet breakfast was available on the first day. However, for the next 2 days, food was served on a plate in the room. (It is suggested that the same is mentioned in the booking portal). - The room walls are of transparent glass and is fitted with dark curtains. So when you open the curtain for some sunlight, your Neighbours and others walking around can see everything inside clearly and vice-versa. For privacy, when u close the curtains, it gets pitch dark inside. It is suggested to have sheer curtains to allow natural light to enter the room and also at the same time have privacy for the guests.

Beautiful and peaceful environment. Big abd clean room. The door to the bungalows was hard to open and close.

I loved the breakfast and it covered both thai and foreigner choices. The location is very convenient and the hotel has a lot of land and a very well kept swimming pool and garden area. We had 3 small dogs and they just loved it.

Very friendly staff

A great place for a homey feeling, surrounded by nature. Each villa was very private, the staff was accomodating and helpful. My 2 dogs loved all the greenery :)
