The pool and the water zone for toddler was excellent. My toddler can stand and enjoy! It was a total blast for her. And so many activities for the kid to do and workshops. Also lttle details like low standing counter at the buffet line so toddler can spoon into their own plastic plates.

Excellent staff. Loved the design of the hotel. Decor and outdoor lighting is unique. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Good food in the restaurant. The only thing I'd improve would be the breakfast. Not as much choice as other hotels of the same standard.

One of the most enjoyable places I have stayed. The ambiance around the hotel is relaxing and rooted in nature/fantasy. I would absolutely stay here again. The room service was tasty and delivered quickly. Hot water and air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is beautifully presented. My room was large with a balcony seating area looking out on to the treetops and surrounding hills, very picturesque. Bed very comfortable too. The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help with every request, even when I locked myself out of my room late at night! The breakfast was really tasty and plentiful, with both Thai and Western options. There was also a great on-site cafe with interesting coffees to try while I waited to head back to the station after check-out. It felt lonely as a solo traveller. The complex was a bit of a ghost town after a certain time in the evening, with the pool / spa / cafe all shut by 8pm and no dedicated bar / social space to sit and relax in the evening apart from your room. But I am sure that lots of guests come for the peace and quiet and really enjoy it. There also looked to be amenities close by on the same road, so it would be possible to explore options outside the hotel, if you wanted to.

Mostly everything from the check-in experience, dining at the hotel restaurant, lighting event and staffs. Bed: The pillow and bed was a bit too soft for us.

The location was near the Khaoyai national park. We arrive to the Pak Chong train station and then hotel has managed a car to pick us up. The breakfast is great and the tour arranged by hotel was really wonderful. N/A

We came here twice this year. Staff were very nice and helpful. Lots of activities for kids. Great view for taking photo. Location is quite close to many restaurants & farm & flower garden. No diaper changing station in public area and would be great if have kids toilet in public area.
