What an amazing and unforgettable stay! The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a wonderful peaceful energy. From the moment you enter, you feel calm, relaxed, and completely disconnected from stress. There are plenty of activities for families, including complimentary bicycles, fish feeding for children, paddle activities, and pickleball. The massage was excellent, and Jane was fantastic. A very special thank you to Tip at Reception for her kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. She arranged a smooth check-in, showed us different room options, explained the resort facilities, and helped us upgrade to a larger room. Thank you also to Enjoy for always being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Suti at breakfast provided truly exceptional service. My son was asleep and missed breakfast, and she kindly arranged for eggs to be sent to our room. Such a thoughtful gesture. The biggest thank you goes to Team. After checkout, we accidentally left belongings behind. She immediately contacted us via WhatsApp, sent photos of the items, and arranged transportation to deliver them to our next hotel. This level of care is rare and shows how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to everyone.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Stunning landscape, rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and nice. Loved the breakfast! I have nothing bad to say about the property. It's like entering a fantasy land.

It is beautiful and quiet The staff were exceptional. The foot massage may have been our best ever Very minor ! The bathroom does not have a light over the sink making it difficult for shaving and make up. The make up mirror did not light up.

Nice room, beautiful design and clean I was asked to pay extra bed charge for my 11 yo daughter despite there was not mentioned in the app when booking or even I had sincerely filled full of our staying information. The staff showed me a link showing message to charge if I need extra bed by request but I did not request any extra bed stuffs at all. I strongly suggest to transparently include the extra bed charge into the price in the app and allow customer see the total price before making decision. However, the staff decided to cancel the charge for me. That was very nice but this was really unnecessary and should not happen.

The facilities for children is excellent. The play areas. The beautiful surroundings. The movie night was great. Majority of the service. Even liked the storage area for suitcases in the room. The beds were short and I’m not a tall man. The breakfast is quite poor for the standard of the hotel. When we ordered room service the food came in cling film and it makes the food soggy and unpleasant. This is likely a Covid related procedure that should stop in my opinion. Sometimes the communication from staff wasn’t good. Also the service in the restaurant differed greatly depending what staff were on. Most were excellent. As you spend more time around the hotel you notice lots of little broken bits. Also, on our last day we planned to use the pool but it got closed for a reason not communicated. Also some of the artificial river parts were dirty with broken tools left in.
