Quiet, great view, nice big pool. Very quiet

Me and my friend recently stayed at Aurora Resort Khao Yai and was quite disappointed. The exterior of the resort was poorly maintained, with bushes growing everywhere. During my stay, the water supply did not work at night, which was very inconvenient. The pool was in a bad state and was unusable, which was a major letdown. The surrounding plants and landscaping were also not well-kept. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and not cleaned properly. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Staffs were really friendly and welcoming. The Wifi in the room is really poor. The air conditioners are really old and not in good condition. The shower head is really really bad. Moreover, no hot water for the shower. The rooms were not mopped when I was there, all dusty. Btw, my mum heard there were some suspicious sound outside our room near the swimming pool at around 2 am.
