The view was amazing and the staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfy.

The room’s view was amazing!!! The entire Italian like village is simply gorgeous aside from some worn areas and restaurants not having items on their menu. The staff were so friendly and the food was decent, mostly except for the “ mobster” cafe that we enjoyed our first visit but was very disappointing this visit. The couch in the room sat very low, was hard and very uncomfortable. The chairs at the table were narrow and uncomfortable as well. The bed was the most comfortable place to sit which wasn’t ideal since there was no tv in there. The shower was oddly designed with the shower head and placement of body wash n shampoo and we had no amenities like toothbrushes and all. We bought our own so we didn’t ask for any. The tub was very narrow so only one person could use it, not a couple. The toilet flushing was terrible and the beautiful balcony had a rain soaked cushion that we couldn’t use so our balcony plans were ruined. It’s a beautiful place but many things were odd or inconveniently placed. The chips that I had were stale but I still paid 60 baht. I enjoyed myself over all but I wished I got more out of my room.

‏Although the hotel’s location is excellent , the level of service was disappointing, especially considering that the price is not cheap, for the following reasons: • The bathroom was not clean. • The bed sheets were not clean. • The slippers provided in the room had already been used. • There were cockroaches in the room and a spider in the closet. • The room had an unpleasant odor. • Most importantly, despite being in a tourist area, it was very difficult to communicate with the staff (including reception) as they do not speak English. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will address these issues promptly, as they significantly affect the comfort and overall experience of the guests.

I booked a room with a valley view, but upon check-in we were given a very tiny room with windows facing the street. When I went to the lobby to complain, the staff insisted this was the “valley view” room — which is absolutely not true. You might see a tiny sliver of the valley only if you stick your body out the window, which was impossible anyway because the windows had shutters that made the room very dark inside. After I insisted and even showed them pictures from the booking site, they changed our room to a much better one. But by then, they had already wasted our time — time we had paid for. We were visiting during the low season and the hotel was practically empty, so there was no reason to give us the wrong room in the first place. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Another major issue happened during breakfast. The buffet restaurant was full of flies — yes, flies crawling over the fruits, cheese, and all the open dishes. The staff did nothing about it. This is disgusting and totally unsanitary. Everyone knows that flies lay eggs on food, which can cause serious illnesses. We didn’t eat anything there because of this. The hotel itself is beautiful, but such poor management and hygiene ruined our romantic getaway. We will never come back.

The location is very nice The room was very dirty , and the reception ladies don’t understand English . You have to explain 100 times. The food is also very bad not with the high price.

nothing I liked about this property don’t know why it’s part oh booking.com room is not clean at all bathroom was not watched maybe got few years water was not working it’s like when u have amazing vacation and suddenly everything damaged plus the bed was supposed to be king bed but was 2 separate bed connected together no one can sleep in middle everything I didn’t like it even swimming pool was disappointed very bad smell and no towels at all.I booked for 2 nights but stayed only one and they rejected to refund my advice for future and hotel mentioned no refund don’t book at all. it’s booking mistakes to such property in their list.

Great location which is facing the mountains. Very nice scenery. Something to wake up early for. Rooms were very clean, large, spacious with all necessary amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Really well kept/maintained. Would love to go again. Bed.

Room size Reception staff bad behaviour. They don't speak English. The lady at the reception was trying to steal my credit card number after payment. She try to write the number in a small paper and I stopped her. Her team is Geow. I was waiting in the reception for checking in more the 1 hour. This because the reception lady chatting in the phone. What a bad customer service. I rate this hotel zero
