The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The roof top restaurant was lovely, good food too. The gardens were well tended, with quirky designs and beautiful shrubs and flowers. The breakfast spread was great and the staff attentive and helpful. The swimming pool was sooooooo cold, you simply couldn’t use or. That one thing will put me off returning.

The hotel is very beautiful especially the rooms and the gardens with the pool It's close to the National Park which is great The restaurants, rooftop bar, and any possibility to eat or drink something outside your room weren't given. Menu is small, and when you do night safari, you will be too late for ordering. We did write the hotel via WhatsApp to preorder pasta with olive oil and garlic, but we got a meat version instead. Breakfast is the only time you can actually eat in the restaurant. It's very difficult getting a cab. Grab is not working in the area, so you need to ask reception, and getting a cab could take a while. The next supermarket is not at all in walking distance. The hotel seemed pretty deserted during our stay. It was difficult to communicate with the staff because of lack of English, but it worked with google translate

1. Dining at this resort was not possible, as the restaurant had been closed after we had booked this resort. We were informed about this by the management only after our arrival. When we expressed our dissapointment, and asked for a 20% discount, the managrment offered us finally a 15% discount, and some transportation services., which we accepted. 2. When you do not have your own car, transportation is a hassle in Khao Yai.

The property was huge and perfect for a family travelling together. They have its own garden and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and the view from the room it was so calming! Since the resort is very far from the main area and it’s impossible to get a decent rate to travel around by taxi (because grab and bolts are not around this area) I feel like 24/7 dine in would have been pretty nice. It’s a bit far from the main area! But if you are looking to completely relax it’s perfect

Very friendly staff ... There's no lift to the lower Hotel area such as Breakfast , Pool area , only stairs . For elderly people not easy to go .

From the entrance to the property & through out its facilities we were impressed. Security at entrance gate, ample parking, with staff arriving in golf cart as we parked the car. Outstanding service & attention to detail. Staff couldn’t be more helpful & as it was my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the resort prepared our room with birthday decorations & and cake with candles.. thank you very much Vivace Khaoyai

Landscape, atmospheric, swimming pool Noise from upper floor

The staff were all polite and welcoming, breakfast was decent, especially if you stayed with the Thai options. The view was good, especially from the rooftop bistro. The pool and kids' play area were both excellent for families. While the staff were really nice, a true customer orientation was missing. For example, we booked for two adults and one child and were given towels for only two people. When I asked for another bath towel, reception initially said I would need to pay extra. Of course, I refused and they conceded the point. Also the quality of the food and drink at the cafe in the lobby was poor, yet premium priced..
