Great Hotel with amazing mountain views. Everything was perfect: large room, beautiful view, big territory of the hotel, tasty breakfast, good swimming pool! We stayed in Bungalow No. 4. I think the mountain view from this bungalow is the best, it is not blocked by trees and bushes. There is a car park right next to the bungalow it's very convenient. The hotel has nice and well maintained area with many places to take photos. There is a swing as well, my kids liked it so much. If you go down, you will see a lake with many fish. You can feed the fish by buying food from the vending machine nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much! I advice this hotel to everybody!

the whole environment was quiet, clean and well maintained . the breakfasts served on your chalet veranda was superb and varied. there was nothing to complain about

Great location and overall grounds. Perfect for families. We loved feeding the fish! Some poor communication from the staff -- confusion about breakfast (served in rooms vs. the dining room), coffee shop opening times, and more.

Nice mountain view. So many cute art pieces in every corners of resort. Nice room decoration. Each room has different painting and different art pieces. Good for family with kids because there are many outdoor activities to do in resort. The road to resort is not so good and no restaurants near by.

The facilities are great for families. Our kids loved it. The breakfast was ok. We expected a bit more for the price, but overall, there were several options and we didn't go hungry. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but, it was clean enough.
