The most important thing is the extremely warm behavior of the staff, all problems are solved quickly and easily, breakfast is an exceptional experience every morning.

Room was quite small. Automatic light in the bathroom is confusing.

A special present in the room for my birthday was a very pleasant surprise. It feels like the staff gives personal attention to each guest which is very appreciated.

A very fresh, modern hotel where everything still feels new. A pretty cool design throughout - the public spaces like the lobby and the relaxation zone as well as the individual rooms. The rooms have great convenience touches like automatic light in a wardrobe that switches on upon opening, automatic night light in the bathroom after 23:00, multiple awesome light sources in the room itself which allows for a nice, easy and romantic light, an electrically warmed towel stand in the bathroom for quicker drying etc. etc. The balconies are quite big and have a table with chairs so you can enjoy coffee outside. There was also a bit of tea and coffee free of charge for the guests to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room we were initially assigned was on the first floor and the balcony/view was basically to the parking - people walking and cars driving right by our windows - and since we had booked the hotel hoping to calmly relax right after our wedding, we were quite dissapointed. However, after talking to the staff, the next day we were given another room on the second floor away from the parking with a much better view which we then thoroughly enjoyed. We also got a little present from the staff because of our wedding. Breakfasts are great, nice selection, tasty and overall the breakfast area/restaurant provides a great experience. The sauna zone is amazing (when not crowded obviously). It is small but allows for some incredible relaxation. The design is super cool and there is always tea and water available. We visited it twice after breakfast (around 11.30-12.00) and that seems like a good time as there were mostly just a few people. We had also booked two spa procedures and both were very good as well. Location is superb, quite literally at the start of the Palanga promenade with all the restaurants. All in all we would most certainly stay here again. The views from hotel rooms are nothing to write home about, rooms will mostly look out over the parking zone and since the hotel is only two stories high, it never gets over the trees. The parking zone might be a bit small, we arrived Sunday evening during a time when the hotel was fully booked (according to the staff) and the parking was 95% full with only a couple of inconvenient parking places left. Still, free parking is still available so this a small issue if an issue at all. Soundproofing is probably not the best as we had to listen to loud TV noises from our neighbor on the first evening although after changing the rooms we didn't hear a thing from outside our room again.

Lovely hotel, would stay again. no vanity kit, essentials in the bathrooms, no complimentary water in the room on the arrival.

Amazing hotel, i would say a hidden gem in the center of Palanga. Impressive interior, careful attention to details, better if you see it once by your own. Professional staff, they give you feeling you are very welcome here. My favotie part is a SPA zone, it's so much calming and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect balance. I wish we get back to this place . Trying to find something we didn't like and can't get anything. Maybe the backyard view...

Amazing staff, everybody was very attentive and friendly. Great food at the restaurant, great breakfast (a lot and good quality), delicious cocktails at the bar. Couple massage at the SPA was really professional and relaxing. Free parking and a perfect location.

Excellent location right beside Basanaviciaus Street, with friendly staff, great & clean rooms, as well as a lovely spa.
